The room is maintained super clean. The rooms and bathroom are very spacious. They have room service and courteous staff. There is a veg restaurant attached - decent food and decent priced. Hot water in bathroom is available only during morning. It is located at a convenient distance from city centre, tourist attractions and railway station.

This hotel has many things going right, a) Great location b) Very good restaurant associated with it for lunch and dinner c) Decent interiors and rooms d) Friendly Service staff e) Good Wifi Some room for improvement: a) Breakfast package is average, view could differ from person to person. Although restaurant has excellent coffee b) Bathroom is okay. you might argue that for price point it is fine. Found it hard to get hot water in the early morning c) Towels provided were average. Take your own d) Travel desk does not keep up with appointed time, especially early morning slots Overall - A value for money hotel. Would definitely look to stay again if possible. I saw some comments about services - I would say that service was great.

I would just say a big no to this hotel. An ill-mannered manager I feel.As we entered the hotel and told them that we booked a room through Oyo they just said they can't let us enter our room as they had some dispute with Oyo. They don't understand how to deal with guests being in the hospitality industry. In front of us, they told the lady sitting at reception to give us the pre-booked room only we paid them again. There was no message from the hotel before that they have rejected our accommodation.

We booked this room since nothing better was available for Dussehra. The experience is terrible to say the least. They don’t provide tooth cleaning kit, available at a price but not mentioned anywhere on their booking pages. There was no toilet roll in the washroom neither were towels. When we asked for it, they sent. Rooms are small and we faced the main road. There was a hair in the hot plate and the cups had stains of beverage served before. If you have any option please don’t stay here

The property is located away from the city but easily accessible. Rooms were comfortable, with complimentary breakfast which was served on top floor. They have a restaurant below for all day dining. No closed parking facility. Vehicles were parked on the road sides and in front of the hotel.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a marriage party for a night .The hotel is well located and most parts of mysuru are easily accessible .Rooms were clean and the staff is willing to help Functional rooms with not much of a view but meets all the requirements of a budget hotel Good value for money Overall a comfortable stay

We had to stay in this hotel because we all had gone as a part of marriage party.Rooms given to us were small in size and we could barely accomodate our baggage.From the lobby,rooms looked like it was new,but once you enter the room ,things weredifferent.Our window was blocked by sound barrier,in another room,luggage table/stand was broken and hence bags had to be kept on floor.We only ordered coffee from restaurant and it was quite good.Only complaint is restaurant starts service at 7.30 am only.No newspaper was sent to the rooms.This hotel is convenient for those who are in transit andwant to avoid traffic within city.
