It was nice staying with kings kourt hotel in Mysore, great ambiance, friendly staff, hygeinic place, well sanitized, good service, will sure to visit this hotal next time when coming to MYSORE, wish them all the best....
Awesome experience, great stay and beautiful ambience. I must say, the food was very delicious . Great hospitality was given to us. Next time when I visit mysore, I will go to the same hotel. Kings kourt rocks.
Looks like a grand heritage hotel but absolutely useless because there's no maintenance. Every thing you will find ....... But nothing is useful There is a shower;you can't have a shower, the tap knob will come out into your hand, more so there's no hot water!! There's TV; you can't watch, the room adjacent can hear the TV more than from the corner of your room causing disturbance to them and vice versa because of a door next to TV which is kept locked. Kettle is placed; you can't sip a cup of coffee, kettle isn't working. There are lights but you can't work or dress or get ready;some of the bulbs are not there, suddenly the power goes off, wait for the power but it won't and then you will realise MCB tripped. Central AC Rooms; yet not cool and comfortable, AC breaks down Reset and it starts only to break down again. Small little cockroaches greet when you're back into the room. Buffet breakfast available but an average menu and that too on a weekend morning Amenities like newspaper, toiletries are a big zero Few good points Bed is good, central location, walkable distance to railway station, parking available…
Hotel is well located to do the sightseeing. Rooms were spacious. Cleanliness needs some improvement. Room service was good. Breakfast was good. Restaurant needs service needs some improvement and a bit more hospitable staff would improve customer experience.
We stayed at the hotel for a weekend. Though the hotel old, it is well maintained. It is very close to the palace and railway station. The rooms are spacious and service was very good. Food was also very tasty, especially the Chinese cuisine.
very bad property not at all maintained..Booked through MMT.. they offered different room upon escalating they changed the room. They should not cheat with Guests. No Travel Desk. Disappointing Service. AC has screeching sounds through out the stay. Blood stains in bed sheets. Wash basin faucets coming out
Sorry is one word all the staff, manager and even General manager know and say. The hotel is dated but that's not the bad part, the staff is incompetent, the cleanliness and guest experience is not of importance. They have cockroaches in the rooms apart from the filthy bed linen and dirty grime filled shower stalls. The staff doesn't answer the phone, they just keep saying sorry when you highlight any of the lapses. If the poor service and bad cleanliness and upkeep wasn't enough my uncle who is a senior citizen was asked to vacate the room at one in the night because they forgot who was occupying the room. Cherry on the cake is the General manager told me at 3pm today in the afternoon that he will call me and update me on the compensation but did not call or respond to my message, he even walked away from the lobby when he saw me approaching. In all I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.…
Undoubtedly it's one of the best hotels in Mysore . very good ambiance and great food. Good hospitality.Hygene is taken care of.very professional and friendly staff.located in heart of Mysore.overall a great stay.
Very friendly and helpful staffs. Comfortable stay. Best for family vacation. Situated closely to the Mysore Railway Station and on road. They also suggested and helped finding the "to go" spots in and around Mysore.
