This hotel was a lunch time stop on a South India tour. I opted for the bar which is a delightful room off one of the dining venues. Sadly it took over 15 minutes to get a drink and over half an hour for a food order to be taken. The food and drink could not be faulted but one does expect better service from a hotel of this standing. The service industry in India got decimated by the Covid shutdown with many experienced staff leaving. It is clear that new recruits are struggling to cope. Whether this is the quality of staff attracted to the industry or lack of training is not clear. Like all Indians they are charming and could not be more apologetic. This hotel could do with some good managers to keep service standards at a level to attract and keep international travellers. My comments are solely relevant to a lunch time visit. I can not comment on the service if you are staying at the hotel. The hotel itself is very well presented and the welcome is excellent.

This is one of the worst rooms I’ve had. Where to begin: 1. Moldy shower curtain, full of black mold spots- had to replace 2. Room phone not working - had to replace 3. AC didn’t work. Techs came to fix, poked around in the ceiling, left and never returned 4. Room had no ventilation, was hot, and extremely stuffy. Woke up at 4 am to prop the front door open to get some kind of aeration 5. Hair dryer only works for 1 min then turns off 6. No place to put soap at the washroom sink, so you have soap sliding all over the counter 7. No room to hang hand towel 8. We had 3 people registered to stay in the room but they only provided 2 bath towels and had to bring up a cot after we settled into the room. 9. Some modern furniture and finishings in the room, but old & moldy doors and closets present. This is NOT the quality of a 4-star hotel! The pictures of the front make it appear like a luxurious hotel, but once you enter your room it’s does not meet the expectations. Very disappointed. Can’t wait to check out.

An okay place to stay if you’re on a budget of average ₹3000. Felt the hotel quite dark from inside during the daytime as they’re saving on electricity to open the lights. Had an unpleasant experience with the hotel manager, as they had my Credit card details from Booking.com but still I was forced to pay up in advance for my room. FYI Hotels when they have the credit card details they don’t force you to pay for accommodation in advance. Hotel has very nice cafeteria restaurant for breakfast buffet and for lunch as well. We’re dining for both, and was quite nice Reception girls usually cheerful. The hotel room large but seems dusty and toilet quite small. Hallway and doors of rooms rundown and needs renovation. Some part of the hotel were Pleasant when the lights are open.

Luxury hotel doesn't suit here at all! Bathroom in bad condition. Faucet too tight, tub in poor condition, has a plastic mat (inside the tub ) so dirty we didn't feel like stepping on it. Its Door was literally chipped. Pillow cases not laundered. Staff was helpful but doesn't help the pathetic condition. Would think twice before booking

This is a very pleasant hotel with extremely pleasant staff who made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. The room was spotless. The bed comfy. There was a kettle, water with tea & coffee also provided. The laundry service was excellent. The included breakfast, a buffet, was delicious especially the dosa masala, the omelettes and eggs (beautifully cooked). We went to the Cafe for coffee. Very good. The restaurant for dinner was excellent with very pleasant and attentive wait staff. We chose not to have the buffet and chose alacarte. We were really pleased with the flavour and presentation of our meal. Delicious 😊 We would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in Mysuru.

This is a luxury hotel with a good price. The key attraction is the rooms have a bath tub and swimming pool. It is also centrally located. Service is very good. The buffet meals are also very good. The only thing I didn’t like there is no clothes drying area to dry swimming clothes. The beauty palour has professional staff…. I did my hair colouring and it was great.

It is a excellent hotel to stay with a family and friends. Pleasant ambiance and good hospitality. Extraordinary service. Taste of food is top notch. The most important is House keeping, spontaneous service with pleasing gesture. We forgot our Bluetooth headphones and after two days only we noticed that we missed. Immediately ranged the hotel they connected to Mr. Surendra, house keeping manager is so kind, within 10 mins he found and arranged to send courier to us (chennai). Not even claimed the courier charge for that. His dedication to his job is highly appreciatable 👏👏😇. Mankind and professionalism still lives. Best hotel to trust.

Good value with everything you would expect from a luxury hotel. One of the best pools we had on our trip. Good location in walking distance from the Mysore palace and market. Many food options just around the hotel and a fair hotel restaurant and café. Would be a four, but we had some issues that the hotel did not provide facilities to our driver. When we complained (by phone), we were handed on several times and then disconnected. It generally feels the hotel has more staff in admin than in providing client value services.
