This property may have been great once, but it’s clear that it’s in need of some maintenance. While the facilities are well-thought-out, there are visible signs of patch-up repairs throughout the property.
Room Experience: Check-in was smooth, but the first room we were shown needed repairs and had a musty smell. The wood flooring, which must have been beautiful once, was peeling off. After requesting an upgrade, I was moved to a larger room for a nominal charge, which was better and more spacious. The room had two separate areas for sitting and sleeping, a small dressing area with a cupboard and mirror, and a good shower. The AC in this room also didn’t work properly, and I was advised to just switch it off if it got too cold.
However, the AC was still problematic. Despite the room being large and comfortable, sleep was disturbed by the AC, but with pleasant weather, we were able to manage without it. The balcony was huge, although we didn’t use it much.
Food: The food was very good. We had the buffet, which offered a standard variety but was flavorful and tasty. The staff was courteous and helpful, making the dining experience even more enjoyable.
Conclusion: I’m giving this property 4/5, mainly due to the helpful and friendly staff and the quality of the food. While the room was spacious and the location was good, the maintenance issues with the AC and repairs were disappointing.

Overall I gave 2 stars to the resort. The room amenities are not upto the mark. The toiletries provided in a 4.5* resort are not matching level of a 2 * property….towels provided were worn out and dirty and smelling bad…food in buffet breakfast was not fresh….especially the bakery items put up were not at all fresh and all hardened up….it feels as if the we stayed in some low grade highway motel….only good thing about the resort is the staff…they were very courteous and always eager to help

Had a wonderful stay. We stayed as a family for 4days, and was quite impressed with the service. Rooms were clean and spacious. It was express check in and check out. Reception service was customer friendly. Housekeeping service was good. Amazed with the restaurant service and all the used plates in buffet were cleared in seconds, and ordered dishes served hot and fresh. Very clean and hygienic. Food taste was good and choice was there for all age groups. Menu was not repeated for breakfast and dinner. My kids enjoyed the food and ambience. Rental bikes are available in the basement itself and it's easy to avail, for the tourists who wish to explore the city in bike. Overall had a comfortable and peaceful stay.

We had a great stay at the Country Inn. They welcomed us with a welcome drink. Well-maintained rooms and bathroom. However, the Location is a bit far from the city. Breakfast was complimentary on the ground floor which was good. Parking a car was so smooth that the staff does parking for us every time we go out and come back. Definitely recommended.

The stay was good, staff were polite, rooms were clean and the food was good too. All basic things that one looks for in a hotel. Also the pool, gym and play area was nice. At last, even though it's located little outside the city, it gives a very clam experience with no traffic or vehicle disturbances.

I had visited the property on Valentine's Day weekend. It was booked to full capacity, they had ensured safety measures like temperature check, all staff members using masks diligently and overall cleanliness was reassuring.
The staff was well-trained and cooperative, something that is synonymous with Radisson brand. Breakfast was a good mix of south-indian options such as Dosa, Idli, Vada, Uttpam alongwith poha, Paratha, muffins etc Apart from the regular buffet option (which was there for Dinner), they had a variety of combo options available for Lunch and Dinner, one amongst them being Veg Thali (which we tried couple of times) which is quite filling for one person. Found it to be good. Since this property is located on the outskirts of the city, next to Infosys campus, the view from my room was scenic. It overlooked a green patch, adjacent to which is a temple. Also we saw could see a lake about 1.5 kms away which we visited the next evening. The lake has been rejuvenated and worth a visit. It has a good walking track and one can go for a nice morning/evening stroll. Got a tranquil feeling there, far away from city's hustle-bustle.
We as a family were looking for a leisurely outing after having been confined to Bangalore for the last 10 months due to covid and this was a welcome break. Enjoyed staying at the hotel. Found the room slightly small but clean and adequate.
One point that I would like the management to consider is probably changing the carpet of the common/foyer area (3rd floor, since we had stayed on that floor, not sure about other floors ) or ensure that proper cleaning is done of the carpet.
One point that needs to be considered is that this hotel is located about 10 kms away from city center, so any visit to the popular city attractions like zoo or palace would require that extra time/effort. Since we had our car it was fine, however this is an aspect that one needs to look into.
Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Well Maintained property.Comfortable clean rooms.Courteous staff well attentive and helpful. Food is tasty and variety is well planned. Floor staff and Engineering team really helped us a lot as we had our Elderly grandparents with us who needed assistance with washroom,electrical systems door lock.Thank you a lot for being proactive and so empathetic. Thanks to entire team but to mention specially Anshika,Naveen,Angel,Priyanka,Ajaj for being their whenever anything was needed. Would highly recommend this property at Mysore away from city hustle and specially for the staff.
