Had a best time and amazing service by khan You have given us no room for complaints. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, our luggage was brought to our room. We did not have to worry about our meals as they were delivered to our room, and we received complimentary chocolates. My friends was very pleased with the room's interior design and has decided to come here next year as well for a vacation. The recreational facilities at the hotel did not let us be bored, and our friends enjoyed it very much as well. We had a great time till our stay lasted.

After a lot of research, I wanted to go for a value for money hotel for 3 nights stay with high emphasis on cleanliness, comfort and location. LIVAANA perfectly matched my requirements. Booking in advance fetched me a good deal..the room was exactly as shown in the picture. Inspite being weekday reservations, the hotel was almost full. Service is okay. Complimentary tea or coffee is provided. Very limited in house eating options. We tried once but did not like it as much. Advantage is that its located near Suburban Bus Stand, I.e in the heart of the city. Easy to take an auto and visit any of the tourist destinations or catch a bus from City Bus Stand (min auto fare). Best not to ask for transportation guidance from hotel since they recommend their own transport and do not guide properly about the other alternatives available. Simply go to the end of the road and catch an auto which will take you to close by places for 40-50 rs. Accomodation-wise, a good stay for 3 nights.…

The location is near Mysuru palace in a walking distance of 15 to 20 mins. The conditions of the rooms are really wonderful in this budget. The location is in the main city of mysuru. We have stayed one night in this hotel.

I had stayed here with my family for one day and the experience was really good! And for the money I spent, I felt it was worth every buck spent! Special mention to Prakurthi who handled the reception so professionally and also swamy who helped us with way around and also the security guard whose name I forgot! They help with services like washing the car, navigating around Mysore and help us with any immediate requirement needed! Thank you team Livaana we had a wonderful time! P.s the hotel is right behind Kalyan jewels and might be a little tricky to find if you are new to the place! Trust me it is worth every penny spent!

This is a really good place to stay in Mysore. A relatively new hotel with good facilities in decent price. I stayed in the Premium category room, which was very spacious, havng wooden flooring, very very clean, with smart lights and well maintained AC. The washrooms were extremely clean. The Hotel has a rooftop restaurant, along with a small kids playing zone and snooker table to unwind an relax. You can also stream your favorite music through a Bluetooth speaker system on the roof top. Overall, a good place to stay in Mysore with Family. The front office executive - Prakruthi, was a very courteous and polite lady. Thanks to Vivaana and its staff for making my stay in Mysore very pleasant.

We stayed for 3 nights from 19 to 22 December .. It was an amazing stay, the hotel was clean and classy. The rooms are spacious and bright. There is a rooftop restaurant, play area for kids, swimming pool and billiards table.. Though the service was a little slow, there were a few staffs with really good service acumen..A boy in housekeeping and Ms. Prakurthi from reception were really exceptional..

The hotel is located on a narrow lane with constricted parking. Rooms are pleasant, however TV not working, absolutely no hot water for bathing. Mr. Janardhan was warm and managed our check in efficiently. If you run out of choices only then consider this hotel, else there are better options at this price point. Also, request the hotel incharge to look into facilitating hot water flow in the room. My room number was 102
