Great stay, great food, great company. The cycle tour was informative, great fun and truly memorable! A must do for anyone who comes! We really enjoyed our stay. It was my second visit and it did not disappoint! This is real home away from home!

A warm and welcoming home from home in Mysore. Here you can stay in a quiet residential street with a lovely view of the park over the road. We sat in the lush garden watching the neighbours do their thing; we walked to the shops/nearby restaurants, with no hassle at all; we took full advantage of Stephen and Manjula's rickshaw...

We had a wonderful couple of nights staying with Manjula and Steve. Manjula's food and hospitality was wonderful, Steve's bike tour very informative and fun and Vasanth's auto-rickshaw tour very insightful. A great bunch of lads! :) Visit us in Ireland! There will be no talk of biscuits, only eating them...

Stephen and Manjula hosted us like family members and greatly enriched our stay in Mysore. We can also highly recommend going on a tour (either by cycle with Stephen or with one of their drivers) to the litte island of Srirangapatna in the river Kaveri. This was the absolute highlight of our stay in Mysore.

We stayed with Stephen and Manjula for 2 nights in November and it was a real highlight of our trip to India. Their home is welcoming, beautifully clean, lots of interesting art and a great base for exploring in and around Mysore. Manjula cooked for one of the nights we were staying- it was delicious vegetarian fare.; we both had...

Hey Charlotte, thank you for arranging for you two to visit us and fit us in on a very important tour after your momentous time here in Inja. I hope the rest of the crazy trip went well and you both had a wonderful time. I suppose you're now building up to a big family get-together for Christmas, (with Livy...

I had the pleasure of spending one night at Steve and Manjula's wonderful b&b when I passed through Mysore. As everyone else has mentioned, Steve and Manjula are great hosts and the house itself is really cool. My only regret is that I couldn't stay longer for one of Manjula's famous dinners or one of Steve's famous bike tours. Will...

sfindia7, booking clerk because Manj does EVERYTHING else at Mysore Bed and Breakfast, responded to this review

thanks for the review. That's a great point, the house is pretty cool, the art is wonderful ( I would say that wouldn't I?), there is plenty of shared space for guests to choose where to hang out, upstairs, downstairs, outside, roof?, Manjula is a great hostess, cook, manager and thankfully i don't manage to mess it up. the world...

We had such a wonderful, wonderful time at Steven's place. It is such a cosy house, such a wonderful cute dog, such a delicious dinner and breakfast. Steven makes a lot of jokes (he's British after all) and you'll find yourself laughing all the time, talking about anything and everything, politics and German airports for expample. IN ANY CASE DO...

We stayed in Manjula and Stephens home for four nights in November 2016. We thorougly enjoyed our stay in this lovely BnB. We were looked after so well by Manjula, and believe me, lucky enough to experience a couple of her home cooked dinners. Mind you her breakfasts were also excellent. We have been in india for 3 weeks now,...

well I hope I'm not really a spare part. I must be more careful with these jokes people might take me seriously. Lets not forget to mention that after a flight from Europe and taxi dash from Bangalore airport (3-4 hours guys), quick change of clothing after executive nap, we went on a cycle tour!!! :-) absolutely loved it. We stayed with Stephen and Manjula for five nights and had an excellent experience. It is easy to settle in and feel comfortable in their home because of their warmth, hospitality and easy going attitudes. The location was great for us....a short tuk tuk ride or for us a long walk into town. But how nice to be in a...

Thank you Sue for a lovely review. I've read it out to Manjula. I was so pleased to be able to get back from the UK in time to meet you and share a mycycle tour together. I stayed two nights at Stephen and Manjula's place and they were amazingly accomodating and flexible. Stephen took me on a guided bike tour which I highly recommend anyone taking, as Stephen is very knowledgeable about the area and a funny and very positive guy generally. I very much appreciate his motto to 'undersell and overdeliver' and very much thank...
