Our overnight stay at the hotel was comfortable. Hot water is available always, a good vegetarian restaurant with very decent price and good service. Breakfast buffte had good options and food was tasty.
Room size is neither big nor small however was sufficient even with an extra bed for four of us.
Rooms and bathrooms are clean and maintained well. The idea of having dispensers for each of the toiletries was very comfortable instead of the tiny soaps usually provided by hotels elsewhere.
Parking space is also available in the basement and around the perimeter of the Hotel.

Had buffet breakfast this morning at their restaurant Satvik.The spread was very good with both north and south indian dishes and continental too. All of them were lipsmacking. The hospitality, service, ambience, hygiene and general cleanliness are par excellence. F&B team led by Prateek and the kitchen team led by Chef Tinku is doing an excellent job. The restaurant is on the ground floor of the Hotel Emerald Clarks Inn. It is a very well laid out property with about 3 banquet halls and a board meeting room and gym and spa on the top floor. The rooms are well appointed and maintained. The property is located close to and equidistant from both the airport as well as the railway station. It is a business class hotel, budget friendly and at the same time catering to the needs of families and business travellers.We were given a tour of the property by their G.M. Mr.Ajay who has loads of charm and is doing a fantastic job of leading the entire team and managing the property.

The stay at Emarald Clarks Inn was memorable, we enjoyed it thoroughly. Property is new and very well maintained, staff were very courteous and the best part was the food - breakfast, lunch and dinner - all items were very delicious and great treat for the taste buds.
One suggestion for hotel staff - try to communicate in advance that "each" person needs to carry ID proof. I thought the person booking the room needs to carry one. The guest onboarding process would be very smooth if this is done. In our case, we had to get the Aadhar ID fetched and cards downloaded once you reach the facility after a long drive.

Worst Hotel ever. No parking facility. Nobody was available at the time of checking. So small rooms. untidy rooms and dirty washrooms. Not atoll recommended. If u loose the room entry card penalty of 1000 INR they will charge. House keeping service is so poor that I have called them 200 times to get the shaving kit but no response from their side. This hotel is over priced and people will end up with the hefty amount for no service.

Its my first stay at Emerald Clarks inn one of the best property of Mysore. Excellent and professional front office team very warm welcome at check- inn.
The front office manager and staff is very good and very helpful and fully take care of Covid precautions and every one wear masks, the room they had allocated that was very good and fully take care of room sanitization & cleaning.
The food was awesome and delicious. Thanks to every one special thanks to Mr. Srinivas and team.

A cozy place away from the the busy and cramped Mysore main town. The rooms were classy and I couldn't believe that a hotel like this would offer such low prices. We had super breakfast. Really enjoyed our stay at this place and if I should visit Mysore, Emerald Clarks will be the place I will stay. I've already recommended this place to a lot of my friends.

It was a very good stay here. Rooms are kept sanitized and clean and one can see the effort put in. Staff is there to ensure safety and service of highest quality. The food is hygienic and different cuisines to cater to everyone's taste and requirement. The owner is very friendly and made sure to check up on the guests and find out how their experience was and what he could improve on.
Overall it was worth the money.

We stayed here for 3 days, and had the lovliest experience! The staff are welcoming, very friendly, and made our stay special. I would especially like to thank Nafisa for all her help, she went above and beyond and was super accomodating and helpful! She also helped us plan a trip to Coorg nearby, and was super responsive and reliable throughout our stay here.
The hotel ensured that the premises are very hygienic, which is a relief to see in these times. The restaurant boasts a wide variety of cuisines at very reasonable prices - all the dishes we tried out were superb. The rooms are cozy and well decorated, the bathrooms may be compact but are very clean and well maintained.
This is the perfect place to stay - the hotel is located close to many tourist spots but is also in a locality that isn't very crowded, the staff are respectful and kind, the amenities at this price are unmatched in Mysore. Be it a solo/family/business trip, this is definitely the place I'd be picking for my stay in Mysore.

Suggestion - Room landline needs to be improved and also the hotel should consider going green by saving papers. Water bottles were very small in size, should provide at least 2 litres of water at any given point of time.

Hospitable staff.
Food at the in-house restaurant was on par with any good restaurant.
Coming to complaints - They missed cleaning a few spots in the restroom and could use a new trash can.
Could not get the TV to connect to their WiFi easily. Their cable settop box barely had any channels subscribed.
5 stars if they could fix those minor issues.
Overall good value for your money though.
