My family with 3 yrs daughter planned trip from 15 to 18th Sept 2023. Hotel was very well maintained. Rooms were clean and Sanitized. House Keeping staff was very friendly. We did not find any difficulties in getting any extra requirements when ever asked. Also the play area was very nice for my daughter to enjoy most of the time at that place too. Harshitha from Reception and was very helpful in getting any requirement you needed. You can just add her as a star for Aishwarya Residency who will make your stay even more pleasant by providing any help required to you or family.

Rooms were very clean and maintained considering the price range. The hotel is also situated in a considerate place if you want to visit the well known places in Mysore. And want to highlight that the staffs were really good. One staff specifically, the night receptionist, Varun. We arrived 5 hrs earlier than the check in time. He went out of his way to provide us with a room so we can freshen up. At night, around 12 am, one of our friends had fever due to constant journey. Varun helped us to get some paracetamols. If we visit Mysore again this will be our go to hotel. N.B. A little bit of kindness goes a long way.

Rooms are good,staff is good, cleanliness is good. Harshita is knowledgeable about her role. Electric kettles provided were not clean. Parking is an issue as road to the hotel is narrow and parking is in the basement. There will be ppl to guide you in and out but it is risky for new drivers. If you have a requirement of boiled packet milk for your little ones then you need to arrange it on your own as hotel only provides you machine milk.

It was a good experience with supporting staff. Hotel is nearby to all the tourist places. The service was good. All staff members are helpful. Harshitha is a very supportive and helpful staff member whom you can reach out to anytime and she will resolve most of your queries and attends the customers in a very gentle manner.
