Though they claim to be a 4* hotel, in reality it is purely a budget hotel. They clearly don't know the meaning of a * hotel rating. It is a reasonably good hotel, but certainly not a 4*. The room was pretty ok, but the bathroom left a lot to be desired. There was no hot/cold mixer on the main wash basin in the bathroom. There was no barrier on the floor for the shower, with the result that the whole floor was wet post a bath. This certainly is not a feature of a 4* hotel. The breakfast was quite good and had good variety on the veg side. On the non-veg side, there was only 1 fixed egg preparation, and nothing else. There was also no live counter for any egg dishes. The only live counter was for Masala dosa. This also can't be considered a feature of a 4* hotel. Overall, a reasonable experience, if you don't have high expectations with their declaration of a 4* rating.…

The hotel is much better and above par compared to the prices. Rooms are good, and spacious. Food is delicious. Location is in the center. Overall a great stay. I would definitely come back here if I visit mysore.

Poor Housekeeping, Fans worked only at one speed. Toilet flooring and Tiles are very ordinary and not much greenery around hotel premises. Buffet breakfast was fine. But only one fruit variety was kept. Services could be better.

Starting with the positives, the hotel staff, particularly in the restaurant, are attentive, friendly, and dedicated to guest comfort. Breakfast was served promptly. However, despite a comfortable stay, the room's deplorable condition and high cost are not justified. The walls were extensively dirty and stained, including tea or coffee splashes left uncleaned. The room desperately needs a coat of paint. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, but otherwise very basic. There was not even a coffee/tea sachet holder and loose sachets were placed on a tray with the coffee mugs. Inadequate placement of light switches caused confusion, and flimsy switch plates added to the poor quality. The bathroom lacked essential amenities, with the light switch inconveniently located on the opposite side from the door. Towel racks were far from the shower area, requiring a wet walk to retrieve one. The "Superior AC room" failed to provide expected features like a hairdryer, leave alone an iron, or ironing board. The ‘shower cubicle’ was merely a covered area with an ineffective shower curtain that had something like lipstick stains on it. The bed linen was not the cleanest and towels were not up to standard. Comparatively, other Mysore hotels at half the price offered a far superior experience. While the hotel staff were great, the management must prioritize maintenance issues. All the staff were very friendly, helpful and very professional. The rooms were very clean and well equipped. The waiters were exceptional...polite and attentive in every way. The landscaping is beautifully and the place offers city-center convenience and suitated near Bus Stand The food was totally awesome everywhere we ate. We also enjoyed chic cocktail lounge Other amenities include an outdoor pool, 3 banquet halls, and a spa with Ayurveda treatments and a beauty salon.

It was a good experience staying here, the rooms were properly cleaned. All staff members are properly attending to the guests, queries are attended to at a time with proper behavior. We were three families stayed there. We have selected breakfast and Dinner. The food was good, and after two days in ooty finally, we got testy north Indian food here, service staff was supportive and attentive...
