I went back to my childhood memories on account of Old mango trees with jokale ( swing) . And just 1 minute walk to owners house I.e Thotti mane very beautiful house surrounded by mango & other trees. Satwik food with very good taste with neet & clean accommodation. And one more thing should be mentioned ,Simba name of the dog which so well trained & very friendly with every totally very good home stay for rest & recuperation.
I fondly remember waking up to birdsong and a gentle breeze in my handcrafted cottage, that opened up to 100 year old mango trees and feasting on delectable food, cooked with home-grown or locally sourced ingredients. Starry night skies, thought-provoking conversations and an ‘away from it all’ feeling aside, farm-to-table fusion dishes – is at the core of the experience. The couple who own the farm are wonderful, and warm. A definitely topper on my weekend getaway list!
Location is quiet and remote, but the rooms are quite small. And they need maintenance. They do not even clean/change bed linen often - when we checked in we found remnants of the tresses of the previous occupant on the bedsheet. We were the only guests at that time, but the owners did not have the courtesy to even ask what we would like to eat and give us a few options. They would just send some food of their choice. Highly disappointed.
An awesome place to relish with nature.... An amazing place to recharge yourselves by soaking in calmness... An ideal place to rejuvenate within your self.... Mango Mulch is wonderful getaway for anyone who wants to 'live the moment'. Ticked the box for me for all that i would look for in a simple yet memorable getaway break. Comfortable stay... Delicious home food... Great hospitality Experience yourselves and feel the difference!
An amazing and serene place with absolutely nothing to do than to lay on the hammocks and state into the Mango trees. The food is heavenly. They even made a really awesome custard for us at dinner. The thalakad temple and the cavern river are really close by. So they are worth seeing in the evening. The location from Google is almost accurate. There is a small gate next to the school, go into the gate to reach Mango mulch.
