I travelled to this resort with my family. The stay was no less than a nightmare. I have never seen any owner as uncourteous and as rude as him. He has no etiquettes and don't even know how to treat humans (forget about customers). There was no warm water in the hotel. There were rats in our toilet. We were...

The Resort is excellent. Great view from the Room. The service was great. The food was good. The ambience was also excellent. My Family loved the hotel. They had also arranged a Bonfire, as it was a lot cold Out side.

This is the worst resort ever which has horrible staff and offers a terrible experience. The food is lousy. The resort is situated at a remote area of 20 kms away from the town inside a jungle. Pathetic service. Worst untidy rooms. Overall a nightmare to visit there again.

I stayed here from 10-Dec-16 to 13-Dec-16 as part of my vacation to Shimla. Good Points: 1) Located in a calm location 40 min drive away from crowded shimla. 2) Good view from room. 3) Soups provided for dinner were mind blowing for the chill weather. Area that needs serious attention: 1) Staff to have touch of hospitality from front...

Believe me its very pathetic Hotel, book it at your own risk, Hotel owner (Mr Surya Kant and Krishan Kant) and staff are very rude, once you are there you are in a trap. Difficult to locate, rooms are very old and stinking similar to Government's Toilet.
