Excellent property away from the noise and hustle bustle of Shimla. Shoghi is about 15 kms away from Shimla and this resort is about 3 kms in from the Shoghi bazaar.
Once you are in, you are away from all sounds man made. You are amongst nature all around.
Our check in was super smooth and we were taken to our rooms fairly quickly. I had booked the Mud Hut which was extremely comfortable. The room size is large but the bathroom is quite small and has no exhaust.
The food served is of good quality and quantity. The room service is fast and the staff is extremely supportive.
When you stay here, please be prepared to see insects (spiders) and birds all around. If you don't like them, don't come here as this is close to nature and you will have your encounter with these things.

The resort owner went out of his way to make certain we made it to our safari the first day. I am forever spoiled by the delicious food the cook prepare for us each day. I cannot imagine having any better veg Indian food anywhere. This place was small, clean, lovely landscaping and fire pits at night. We traveled from Colorado and California visit India. This two night stay was one of the highlights of our trip. Namaste Vatika resort!

Last week me and my friends visit shimla(shogi) and I stay in hotel vatika resotm its amazing to stay there, they provide us night jungle safari,rappling and bone-fire at night. We all friends enjoy 2 days there. Hotel staff give us non-stop fun, busy all the time. Thanks to all hotel staff and I never forget this shimla trip.

I have booked 2 room for my cousin Pankaj from Go ibibo for 3rd to 5th Jan. .Very worst experience from Vatika resorts as well as Go Ibibo service. they are both cheater. Hotel are in Very worst location, i didnot check in there even any family would not want to check in there. we were feel insecure when i entered the hotel on 3rd January, there was only 2 staff, you can say them waiter. no manager was there. they show me the room and location and we were surprised there was not a single room occupied in hotel. lot of darkness was there. unusually sound was there. we were feel insecure so We were decide not to stay here and immidietly left the hotel and search another one to stay. The location of hotel is not as good as you have shown in your website. than i called goibibo representative to cancel my booking and ask him to refund my whole amount. But Goibibo deny and provide us only 50% refund amount. My 50% amount around 7000 Rs. was washed away because of GOIbibo. SO i decide to uninstall the app and not to do any booking through Go Ibibo in future.

Last year we had gone to Shimla, and stayed in Vatika Resorts there. It is a really awesome place. All around of this place very beautiful environment viewing to see and enjoy. Here we feel too much adventure and enjoy all. Food and accommodation is very good.. Service quality is very good.. All around of this place we saw a very beautiful seen of clouds and feel all of them near to us. We like this place too much, and when we going to Shimla, always want to stay on this place only..

We stayed at this place during June 2013. This was our second trip tothe same property. And as first time, it was an amazing experience.The resort has adventure all around your cottage. Gives a total junglefeel to it. Staff is courteous and ever helpful. That reflects in theway entire area was maintained and rooms were kept nice and tidy. Foodwas great. And so was room service for sundry nick-nacks. Our friendsenjoyed jacuzzi with hilltop view. All in all a must visit. We plan tospend some time there every year.

We were a group of 30 people who went to Shogi on office trip and stayed at Vatika Resort / Must say the experience was amazing! The rooms were economical and nice, food was excellent and more than anything else service was superb! They did best to make our trip memorable. DJ nights were rocking and adventure activities etc were good too.
I would love to go there again!
