Great service, value for money, excellent customer service and great staff. Very respectful and responsive. Highly recommend. This is one of the best tour we have in recent time. When you see everybody around you being so courteous,accomodating, and polite, it naturally uplifts the mood. I had the best time ever in the Hot spring resort, the location, service, food, pool, people, views everything was top-notch. Being a girl with high standards when it comes to service and hospitality. I WAS IMPRESSED. Everybody who is scrolling past this hotel and not booking it is missing on life. Trust me, its a huge deal when you take a stroll downstairs to check out the naturally heated pool and turns out its cleaning time and you are not allowed BUT a very warm welcoming gentleman who is cleaning the space tells you, Koi nhi mam ap thori daer chale jao main wait karlunga.Kudos to the ever-smiling service team, the front office, and the spa team. YOU GUYS WON MY HEART. I will be back soon :)…

I personally visit this place 2-3 times a year with family and friends. Every time it’s a new and a different experience. The “hospitality”, food, ambiance and staff are amazing and can only be experienced if one visits the place. A place to be visited where one can enjoy and relax with friends and family. Lake side food, sulphur bath, ayurvedic massage, treks, hospitality , etc are things which one can experience here.

It was an amazing experience.....we just visit for the watersports activities and dinner ... Food was really delicious.... Staff was very humble and polite. You can see the lake view... Which feels you very relaxing and peaceful.... There is lots of water activities.. Like hot Spring which is natural hot water. Which is good for your body... We did sulfer bath really we enjoyed alot...amazing experience ... Rafting was also very intersting you can have lots of fun. Superb experience..... Special mention... Place: 5star- there is satluj river flowing around the hotel and beach made out of it make it more beautifull and u can enjoy a lot along with family. Staff: 4.5 star- all staff members of hotel were kind hearted and ready to extend support all the time. Food: 4 star: overall experience was very good espeically in vegeterian food. They need bit of improvement in preperation of non veg food. Activities: 5 star : one can enjoy lot of water sport activities around the hotel and beach is add on advantage. Hotel: 4.5 star: neat and clean rooms. Situated at very attractive location.

I among with my few friends went to tattapani, one of our close friend suggested us this hotel, I was surprised n happy to see the location its just on the bank of river the view from balcony is amazing you can see the mountains and green forest from balcony. You can enjoy the water sports there. The beat part is Hot Spring Water Pool inside hotel. The staff is really courteous and well trained. Food is good . Thankful to Mr. Kausal for hosting us so nicely n taking care of us every minutes. Would surely love to come back n enjoy more. Thank you for my making our stay so comfortable and good

Loved the stay! Away from Shimla crowd peaceful place with all the needed amenities. We opted for the place as it was out of Shimla and for hot spring this place had. Loved the overall experience. Wonderful spa and hot spring located within hotel. Hot spring area could be managed bit more to make it wonderful experience. SPA services were really great. This place has great location and water activities possible. Rooms were also good and food was tasteful as well as good options.
