This was my delightful experience till date in shimla as I have booked my hotel on 24 and did checkout on 26. And the room was beautiful. Staff was cooperative. Everything was on point.Food was amazing and better than any cafe in shimla. Irony was I was about to stay in kufri for 2 days so I booked another resort there but there are no facilities or any maintenance of basic hygiene in Covid times. So I booked Zion again on 26 till 28 and stayed there only and I travelled to kufri but din't stay there as there were no best hotels located in kufri. It's too cold and you will face water and electricity problem there with no heater availability in few hotels or resorts. I had a nice and comfy trip only because of the beautiful stay at this place. It's is near to every daily essential utilities and easy to travel to mall road. The view from hotel is everything u need with classy stay at amazing price and Infact I did my checkout post the checkout timing but the staff members were so nice who always allows me to checkout as per my comfort and special thanks to Neeraj thakur to make stay amazing with her last impression of showing cooperation and to consider my flexible timings and gave the special discounts as well.

On behalf of my family and friends which were 45 in Number including me,I feel extremely happy and delighted to share that every word said to us was fulfilled with utmost sincerity and love by the Zion personels. Our ceremonies and functions were made memorable by every staff member of The Zion i.e. from the hotel guard to the General Manager Of The Zion Mr. Alok Sharma Ji. We were the Groom side and stayed at The Zion for two days , on 25th July we had two functions i.e. Haldi at the afternoon near about 3 pm followed by a arrival lunch . And then a cocktail party with the dinner in the night . Both the functions were made successful with the absolutely lovely decor, tasty food , and the professional service provided plus the cleanliness of the rooms . No guest felt unattended and every need was fulfilled in time. Special Thanks to Mr Mohit Thakur who organised and coordinated every detail with the utmost enthusiasm and energy ( be like that always ) and also to Mr Suresh Ji ,Head of F&B who tolerated me and my demands by providing the best in food and beverages. And after the wedding the beautiful decor done in the room by the zion for making the stay more special 💓 was also amazing . Heartiest appreciations for understanding the value of our ceremonies and treating our family like yours. The property location is amazing and the rooms are top notch . I have tried to cover evrything of my and my families experience but if something is left then I would say please vist THE ZION once and feel it for your self.

You ask for anything, the answer was always a yes. Infact they would come up to us to solve our problems even without asking. For rain snow , they gave us umbrellas For making the snowman they helped us with the stuff. Helped my child warm up at the heater kept at the main reception . They helped us plan our excursions keeping in mind the weather, traffic, etc The lady at the kids play area ( ms dolly) was very sweet . Always smiling. Took care of the kids very well .
Looking forward for a stay at zion shimla very soon. Infact we are missing zion soo much .

Not worth the money charged. We booked the room with breakfast for 9000 rs per night for two nights. There was very weak mobile signal and we could not use mobile for internet and wifi speed was pathetic. I mean who in this age provides 10 mbps connection shared with all guests on the floor? If you are planning to book this hotel and intend to do some work then avoid this hotel. Breakfast served was also not good. Juice and other items tasted average and variety was limited. Their premium room which is the most expensive one and gives panoramic view . Do not book this for summer . They ask to draw the curtain when sun is shining as the AC does not cool effectively.( and sun shines bright even at 6:00) The bed was also not comfortable. Room service is very slow and did not replenish tea bags despite calling. In the end we moved to another hotel and preferred to lose one day charges instead of continuing with this expereince.

An excellent weekend getaway! Located just 15 minutes from the mall road giving you just the perfect retreat on a private hill. The Valley facing rooms are amazing and you can really appreciate the nature from their infinity windows. The staff was extra courteous and went beyond their duties to help us make our holiday all the more special. And to top it all the food was pretty delicious which convinced us to make The Zion our all time favourite holiday destination.

superb views with very good hospitality Great Views Good rooms Food here at the restaurant is just awesome. You can get food customised as per your likings even the smallest of the requests are taken seriously to serve you the best.
Ambience of the restaurant with live music just added the moon lights to our stay..
Few things are required to improve like WiFi connectivity and speed there was a network issue all the time at that location.. And one more thing I would like to add is , Pricing for food is pretty higher side ... These two reasons got you 4start ratings otherwise your staff and all other arrangements are 5 star..

Feels like home here. Everything was well managed, even during the covid pandamic how these people are managing everything right from hygiene to safety, social distancing all was commandable. Food was so delicious. Personally interacted with some staff members. Some of them are: Mr. Om Prakash, Mr. Hemraj, Mr. Narender, Mr. Ajay all are so down to earth and helping nature.
I must suggest this place while travelling to Shimla.

I went with my wife to Shimla and we stayed in an executive room. We had the full view of the city from our windows covered with pine and deodar trees. The rooms were spacious and comfortable as temperature was controlled by centralised heating. The room service was excellent and the hotel staff was very warm and polite and very helpful. The food served is delicious and their cafeteria is really beautiful as well. Breakfast has a decent spread. There are only two issues we had while staying there. The property is six kms away from Mall Road, so it's a pain to go there if you don't have your own vehicle. Second, the rooms are not fully noise proof. We could hear music played in other rooms.
Overall, we had a lovely stay in the property and would recommend it to those who wants to stay away from the hustle bustle of the city.

Excellent hospitality experienced during our entire stay. We had memorable stay at this clean and hygienic property for 4 nights from 12-16 Jan 22. We had really enjoyed the great hospitality and breath taking scenic views from our panaromic room. Very humble smiling and professional staff always standing on toe and ready to serve anytime without any hesitation. Welcome drink and food is tasty however breakfast and dinner buffett spreads were limited and needs to be more quantified.We enjoyed our dinner with Live shows by Mr Akeel with good melody songs.Resturant staff lead by Hemraj & Omprakash is great front office staff Abhishek and Rohit were very helpful. Good Team work keep it on ....👍
