Our vacation was very good at Snow Lotus Hotel, hotel is quite impressive and the room offered ( valley view) got excellent view from room. Food was great and taste good, room was Ok! Staff they are doing there best to deliver good service.
Sunil ( front office manager) was very impressive since I enquire about booking and till the last date , he was very helpful and supportive. So well done Sunil.
Apart from that rest all ok and good! The Hotel should look into providing food after 10:30 pm as there is no way you can get food and second if you want to have tea in morning you have to wait till 8 AM until staff arrived.
Overall good Hotel to stay.

We had an awesome experience here. The staffs were so cooperative that they were cooking exclusive food for for my 3 years old daughter too. I should mention the mesmerising Shimla view from our room, especially the night view. Since the hotel is lil away from the heart of the city, it’s peaceful too. Highly recommendable 🙏

Beautiful and clean place to stay , right in the lap of nature . Surrounded by great scenery that can be viewed right from the comfort of your room while sipping a cup of coffee or reading a book . Tasty food and great customer service, staff is humble n polite . Would recommend it to anyone staying alone or with family and friends.👍👍

Worst experience ever. In my tour from Amritsar, Dharamsala, Manali, Kasol, Shimla. Snow lotus was the horrible experience. There is no hot 🔥 water available , no door mat , hot water kettle not at all cleaned u will not even think to have water from it. Toilets were stinking flush was not working properly. U have to come here and help your self. End less expensive which u can not even think plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz avoid the hotel.

Dear Guest Thank you for taking the time out to convey your feedback regarding your visit to our hotel. We deeply regret that we did not meet the usual standard one can expect from Snow Lotus, and I hope you will accept my sincere apologies. Guest satisfaction is a prime credo for us and we take all feedback very seriously. I have noted your feedback investigate it with the seriousness it deserves. Now I am also the wish to put light on every concern mentioned by you. Your booking was for one night and your booked room category was Deluxe Room which is non valley room. But you refused to take that room, then the staff gave you another upgraded room without any additional charge to make you happy. But you were speaking for the top category room of the hotel which was not available on that day. There was a problem of hot water at the time of winter for a long time, so we have installed the whole new system for hot water and those days it was testing feet. You may not have got hot water. If you had spoken for hot water, you would have got. We got this feedback from the guests that the door mate is very slippery because we have granite on the room entry, That is why we do not use door mate. In spite of that we use bath mate in front of bath room door. Kettle not cleaned , toilet ware stinking endless expensive All these are childish excuses. Our hotel is known for cleanliness. If this was all, then you would have told in the hotel, Inspite of that you just talked about hot water during checkout , and your words are “yaar hotel itna acha bana rakha hai garam paani ka kuch kero”….And today you are writing like this. It is quite unfortunate that guest such as yourself misuse a beautiful tool such as tripadvisor. If guest thinks that he wont give feedback here and write on trip advisor we are helpless . A feedback should be exaggerated if no resolve could have been arrived after contacting duty manager and senior management who are always eager to help. Anyhow with my reiterated apologies we do hope that you will not judge us solely on the basis of this particular experience and that in time, you may reconsider your position and choose to stay with us again in the future. First of all the hotel service is excellent, staff members work their asses off to provide the best experiences to the guests. This guy Vijay from the staff told fascinating stories and entertained us throughout our stay. Even the owner of the hotel was kindhearted and welcoming.
That amazing view from hotel , quality of room, security and the hospitality made our trip the best one I've ever had.

It was worth the amount we spent. Mr. Sunil Thakur and the GM are very humble people, even due to less staff due to covid, they are managing things in great fashion. Rooms are very premium and dinner was also very good on both nights. Overall quality of stay is what made me write this review. Also, the caretaker in the night shift was very patient and helpful person. Highly recommend. Tip: instead of booking online, book directly and try to negotiate.

Amazing room.we took the super deluxe room with valley view. Good heater service. The hotel staff are very polite and the food was good. The location is a bit interior away from the main shops, so we couldn't go walking anywhere.

Stayed at the hotel for one night. Very disappointed with the rooms and also food and staff. The hospitality and service was very poor. Rooms/bathroom look dated with old and worn out furniture and fittings. Even the market is far away and not easy to commute bcoz of the usually high traffic.

Hotel is really nice, interior is good. Hygienic rooms, staff is also good. First time in Snow Lotus hotel worth it, I ll recommend this hotel to newly married couples, families and friends. Washrooms are hygienic, nice wooden floors.

Very nice hospitality with hygienic rooms. The breakfast buffet was good with variety along with taste. Valley view rooms are best as you can witness sunrise and a scenic beauty. Overall loved it! Mall road is 15 min from the place.
