I congratulate the Hotel Management for an excellent arrangement to cheat guests. They office false packages including dinner but one have to pay extra or sleep without food despite paying the cost. The staff is not professional and do not know, how to support. They talk like you are talking to Interactive Voice Recording (IVR) Machine. This hotel is not recommended

Nice hotel with extremely good staff. We have organised 3 days event around 100 family members. We had around 35 rooms and lesser we talk about it the better. But some of the staff including guest relations people at banquet Manager Sales people like Mr.Abhi, and some hospitality office people made the stay throughly enjoyable. They made sure that whatever was needed was taken care of. The housekeeping is the best heel for the property in my opinion and I think chefs pulled a pretty decent job with food all throughout. Considering we had a different menu meals in both restaurants and the banquet. We were very happy with the food quality.

I had great experience. Staff is so polite and helpful specially ( Mr abhijeet Sinha ). Food is delicious. We'll one should go for this hotel without having any second thoughts. And i would love to visit again.

We had amazing stay at Pride plaza Aerocity. We stayed here for a night as we were on our leisure. Sunny from front desk welcomed us in such a gentle way with a warm smile. The check in by him was quick and nice. Concierge services were nice. Nadeem, Suraj, kapil were very courteous. Food of cafe pride was amazing with a large variety and good options. Overall a fantastic stay. My next visit will be till march 2023.
