We chose the Lutyens Bungalow due to so many good reviews, but were rather disappointed. It's an odd place and felt rather dingy and run down and we didn't feel very welcome. The room was charmless, dark and not very comfortable. Our room's doors didn't lock securely and we were nervous about leaving our things there. We found that they...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lutyen's Bungalow. Our room had very small windows which made it a bit stuffy but other rooms had windows onto the garden and looked very nice indeed. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was everything from muesli to omelets and one could eat inside or on the lovely patio outside. From the...

We had a thoroughly enjoyable four days here. The place itself is like a leafy oasis. The service was excellent, including hot-water bottles in the beds each night and a log-fire during meals. It is handy for the Lodi Gardens and the Metro. The food was excellent, as was the company of the other guests sitting round two big tables...

I travelled and lived in India for more than 20 years, and I never had such a positive experience with a BnB. I reached New Delhi in a cold winter night, and with my great surprise the room was set to a nice warm temperature, with a hot water bag already put under the blankets. The room was clean, cozy,...

Lutyens Bungalow is absolutely delightful - hospitable, comfortable, peaceful, old-fashioned in the best possible way. Close to the centre of Delhi but a million miles from the frenzied traffic. Five minutes walk from the glorious Lodi Gardens. Its own garden is full of flowers and parrots and chipmunks who perform wonderful aerial displays and are endlessly watchable as you collapse...

So glad we stayed here. Room was very comfy indeed and spacious. The weather was chilly and we loved going to bed each evening to find staff had placed a hot water bottle between the sheets! It was that sort of place. Home cooked food, homemade pickles and marmalade, a fire at breakfast and dinner. An unfussy but really helpful...

We stayed for one night, but our stay has been very lovely and would certainly come again. A small guest house, helpful staff, fantastic chef and comfortable rooms within a peaceful garden away from the honking horns and bustle of south delhi. The area itself is also very clean and a good introduction if you're arriving from a long flight....

This one is more like a resort, rather than a hotel. A large mainhouse surrounded by a huge beautiful guarden with adjacent houses. Unfortunally there is a lot of traffic noise, but that is unfortunatelly how it is in New Delhi these days. The place has a wonderful calm atmosphere and if You like You can order dinner and sit...

This is a clean, peaceful and wonderful place. The owners of the house are lovely, and make you feel at home. The place is within walking distance of Khan market and Lodi Garden. The thing I love about this place is watching the parrots and squirrels that come to eat in the garden during breakfast.
