Gathered around here last week with a group of friends. I really enjoyed the high tie that was specially arranged on the rooftop. The all-over vibe of the place is absolutely amazing. The food was nice and staff was well friendly.
We spent a wonderful evening having supper at this beautifully restored hotel. We were given a guided tour and looked after by Raja Thakur who made sure that our evening was a very special one. The food was delicious and the ambience unforgettable.
My stay at Haveli Dharampura was for two days. I never even realized how the two days pasts. It was such a fun-filled stay. We enjoyed the kite flying and pigeon flying experience. Food and service were also commendable.
First the hotel. Beautiful building, great service from all staff, lovely room, good wifi, hot shower, kettle in room, great rooftop for relaxing and the views. In the heart of old Delhi’s chaotic streets so short walk to all old Delhi has to offer. Recommend highly. Second the food. Breakfast fantastic. Dinner is quite expensive for India but we ate there 1st night after a hectic day’s sightseeing and had the vegetarian taster menu. It was very nice and we decided worth it for the relaxation angle. Nice professional dance display for all for 10 mins mid meal. Only KIV is that mid day chai at the courtyard tables was extremely expensive so probs worth avoiding that one thing. Will stay here again if return to Delhi.
I stayed here with three friends on my trip to Delhi last month. We really enjoyed our stay and the ancient Indian architecture gives you the essence of the royal courts of the Mughal era. its amazing experience
We stayed her for the last 3 nights of our trip to India and it was a wonderful treat. The hotel was as beautiful and restored exactly as the photos showed. Our room was very clean and comfortable, with an excellent en-suite. The restaurant was excellent and very helpful for our gluten free request. All the meals we had were wonderful and we also really enjoyed the 7 course tasting menu. The staff and managers were all friendly and professional and we had an excellent experience. Would highly recommend this hotel.
What can I say.. I arrived at the hotel very tired after a long journey and with no idea what delights awaited me. I found myself in a most delightful & comfortable room but there was more.. It is situated in the real old Delhi with all its raw sensual charm. The food at each meal especially dinner was superb and the staff were more than attentive. I will always remember enjoying a chilled glass of wine on the roof top bar in the evening and learning kite flying above the rooftops of old Delhi.. I look forward to returning.
The kite-flying experience felt so enchanting. Everyone enjoys flying kites together. All the colorful kites in the vibrant blue sky and the view of the small lanes of Old Delhi felt so breathtaking. .
The Shahjahan suites have beautiful traditional room decor and antique furniture that compliments the whole vibe. The walls and exteriors have such exquisite details that give a blissful feel. overall great experience.
Looks good in only in pictures. Food is just Ok- No value for money! Approach Gali is very smelly and filthy! Mosquitoes at restaurant! Service is average! Needs improvement in food quality and ambience!
