Hi goStops, I stayed many goStops before delhi, every where I had good or awesome experience. But delhi was one my disappointing. - they gave me 2+ hrs delay checkin. - provided room + bathroom was stinking. - asked multiple time freshener for room and bathroom, reception saying yes Sir. But no any action. I stayed with stink accommodation. - as I came in morning so I order breakfast at ~11am which I got after 12pm. - if I request to reception for room check-in, food, hygiene. They response with smile “Investors in property please wait”. Feels like already no checkin and still you asking for more wait. - In my travel location if goStops available I stay there only, but in dehi case after that bad experience I have to move to different hostel where I am paying more but better experience it’s only about delhi. I stayed 5 location goStops property but Delhi was my very bad experience. I think experience can be better not because of property but mainly how staff manage it. Regards…

Please do not serve Machine Tea! Also, it would be great if some Fun activities...like Games..or Local Trips can be arranged by the Hostel Managers so people get mixed and enjoy their time there. This is what happens in other Hostels. I must say Location and Rooms were great!

The best parts are 3 pet dogs and 1 pet cat to play with and common room running 24hrs with food service which is affordable too. The location is convenient too just in front of delhi gate metro station gate no. 3

Initially, i booked my stay for 2 nights with their premium suites considering i was there for a work trip and i was looking for coworking space where i can call my colleagues for a meeting. This never happened as they mentioned about coworking space but it was only common area to wait for people who are about to get their bed. They mentioned about high-speed internet, one more false claim. There were the only reason i choose gostops over other property but not worth it. I had to find a new place as i had few important meetings lined up and vacant the room which i paid full amount. i only stayed there for a day. If i consider this then it was my most expensive stay in terms of hostel property. One of their staff member told me that this delhi property is just going on, management is planning to close this one but this property also has their HQ so they can't close it and that's the reason they don't care about customer's feedback. weather customer is paying for two nights and vacating the room in one night still they don't care.…
