You will not find cheaper rooms than this in Delhi, specially if you are on a quick work-related trip. The rooms are spacious, air conditioned and clean. Could add a few more dishes to the breakfast menu, and they serve from 7.30 am, so be prepared to queue up. The a la carte lunch and dinner menu has a lot... More

The YWCA Blue Triangle Family Hostel is not luxurious by any means, but it is warm, clean, friendly, safe and well located; only a short walk from Connaught Place and only 10 minutes walk from Patel Chowk metro station. There are either individual or twin rooms, each with their own adjoining bathrooms. There was sometimes hot water and the beds... More

If you are passing through Dehli and simply want a cheap bed for the night, the YWCA Blue Triangle kind of fits the bill. The accomodation is very basic. If you are able to get an ensuite room, dont have too high an expectation for shower facilities, as the hot water is a little hit and miss (as with a... More

The YWCA hostel has good rooms, good beds, blankets and attached modern toilets. The service is very good, and it has a good restaurant. My husband and I stayed for a week here where we took short walks out to board public transport to tour Delhi. Even though it is a hostel for working women, it also caters to travellers,... More

We chose the Blue Triangle Family Hostel for our first three nights in India because we wanted somewhere we were absolutely sure would be adequate until we got acclimatised to the sorts of accommodation on offer. The Blue Triangle is certainly adequate, chosen partly on the basis of the Rough Guide mention. But what the Rough Guide doesn’t make very... More

I stayed here for five nights with my elderly family members. The bathrooms were not clean, no wifi connection in rooms even though advertised, hot water and showers did not function! Good location, but not a place you can look forward to going back to after a long day. There are no lifts/elevators. Do not recommend this place.

I stayed at the YWCA Blue Triangle off and on for about 3 weeks and got to sample 4 or 5 different rooms. In general I was pretty satisfied. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are surprisingly spacious and the newly renovated ones border on luxury--especially the bathrooms. Most of the doubles have a balcony as well.... More

Located right in the heart of the city, it has compensated by cutting on the facilities offered. Rooms are old, furniture antique and fans noisy. I believe that one floor is called 'international' which is better but for most others, it is just a so so. The hotel does not accept telephonic reservations and wants a check to be sent... More

If a central location in New Delhi is more important to you than high quality accommodation then this is the place to stay. The YWCA Ashoka Rd is right in the heart of the city. Pick up an auto rickshaw and see the sights. The rooms are spacious and clean, the staff are friendly and there is 24 hour check... More
