Service was professional and welcoming. We arrived at night and was welcomed into our booked room from Booking.com. The manager spoke English well and answered all our queries completely. Flexible night time dinner service was convenient; it was wonderful to eat a hot meal coming straight from the airport all tired and hungry. All that was advertised on Booking.com was provided: breakfast, shuttle service, bathroom amenities, room service, AC, water boiler, WIFI etc. However, the WIFI was rather inconsistent (2 out of 3 bars) and the speed quite slow, watching videos on 480p was nearly impossible. Although making a Messenger call and reading news-sites were manageable. The tap water was clean and also the daily free 600ml bottle of water was helpful and appreciated. Bathroom was always clean, shower gel, shampoo and soap bar were always topped up and the towels regularly changed, hot water was good too. I have to say that the daily Hindustan Times and the Delhi Times newspapers were a nice touch. Breakfast was always really good, good mix of traditional Indian dishes. But the coffee was instant mix and hardly coffee. Overall, breakfast was satisfying and better than most mid tier hotels. The mountaineering theme is unique and adds to the atmosphere in a cool way. Good value for the money, and could become perfect in my opinion if the WIFI was made reliable and a coffee machine installed, that is all.

Stayed as a couple for 2 nights as part of a tour, really liked the theme of climbing with all the rooms named after famous climbers especially as my father in law used to climb with Chris bonington in the early days in Wales. The staff here are exceptional and cannot do enough for you The rooms are nice and clean and cleaned daily if you wish, there was also a safe an ironing board complete with iron in the room,. There is a lift also. The food is very reasonably priced and half portions available on many things although we didn't actually have the food but the breakfast was good with cereals, toast, eggs cooked to order, tea coffee and juice, also stuffed parathas and Indian sauces and bread which was delicious. We ate out across the road in the area Kailesh Colony Market where there are restaurants and bars also many local shops in narrow streets and smart little shopping areas with designers shops etc All in all a great stay with fantastic hospitality. We were out early in the morning and back in the evening so didn't get enough time to explore the area as much as we would have liked but would definitely stay here again.

So my wife and I just returned from this property. Initially we had only planned to stay two nights before boarding our flight back to the US. We booked it through Chase rewards, and apparently had chosen the base fare for a room on the first floor that you enter immediately next to the reception desk. They upgraded us without any questions. We met some immigration trouble at the airport and unfortunately had our return delayed by 5 nights. When we called them up from the airport, they were actually able to hold the exact same room as we had just checked out of and they gave us a discounted rate for the week until we were able to resolve everything. The front office staff, especially Yogesh and Vinit, were so extremely helpful I would recommend staying with them to any traveler.

Location is fabulous, amenities could be better compared to the cost. Easy to find, hot water facility could be room controlled, door lock could be sensitized, overall quite homely. One needs to feel at home while travelling and this hotel promises so otherwise. Food yeah is on the costlier side which could be addressed by the authorities.

We had a great stay at the Legend Inn and it made our vacation worth remembering. The hotel is located in a very safe area and is a minute walk from the metro station. The rooms are very well maintained and quite spacious. They serve buffet breakfast wit a host of options to choose from and it was very delicious. The food was excellent and every dish we ordered was served in our room with care and hygiene.

As a female North American, I was nervous about my first trip to India, particularly as a portion of my visit was going to be on my own. The Legend Inn staff were very welcoming and friendly to me. I felt extremely safe at the inn and comfortable to ask questions about the area. I especially enjoyed the traditional breakfast. The location near the Kailash Colony metro station was convenient and made getting around the whole of Delhi easy.

Very Nice hotel and great experience. Its was like staying with legends..never thought it will be as good when I was booking. Found rooms exactly like shown in pics.
Only thing which was really odd was the food pricing. I ordered item mentioned in menu but when I saw the bill price was quite different and when I asked why pricing is different on menu they could only tell me it is printing mistake but still charged me higher price which is not right thing to do for such a good hotel.

I stayed at The Legend Inn Delhi with a team of 17 persons from 16 to 21 December,2019. Training program for the company was conducted. The rooms were very well maintained. The food was excellent.The quality of ingredients used for cooking the are of high standards as experienced by eating. The staff are always ready to help.They are well behaved and always inquire about your stay in their property. Any thing required is provided promptly. A simple, dated hotel that does the trick. Good location and great value for money. Rooms were comfortable enough and whilst there is not a restaurant, they offer room service with decent food. There is a non-affiliated 24 hour cafe out front to give you your coffee fix in the morning. I will be back.

I have stayed in this hotel three times in different years from March,2016 to December,2021.This is the fourth time (although this time I was not been able to stay there personally but my wife and daughter did). I would like to mention first that if you are looking for a luxurious hotel, this is not the place but if you want to feel comfortable and experience what hospitality is all about, then this the hotel you certainly can think about without any hesitation. Apart from it's strategic location, the rooms are clean and specious with friendly staff and service. Please note the name 'VINEET' to whom you can honestly/frankly tell all you need for your comfort and help. My personal experience was extremely good for the three times I stayed there. This time, only a phone call to Vineet made not only my booking but also I got assurance of my family's security and safety that too with an upgradation of room without any extra money.
