this property is a cheat. mislead against the wrong photo show in a website like Agoda they will confuse your booking with the same name of two properties in the same area. Agoda is equally responsible for such practices
It is surprising to see a hotel which has rooms but not a single window in the rooms. Stayed here for only 1 night and even for that I am happy I didnt stay in the room for more than 8 hours. Breakfast was included in my room rate, however, due to an early morning flight I could not have breakfast in the hotel.
To the attention to all future potential travellers willing to stay in this property. Please note that I'm an experienced traveller not picky at all and very respectful and understanding however this property was by far the worst I stayed in. After 8 hours of trip I arrived in the hotel to check in. The receptionist : Kirti Singh (lady) offered to show me the room before me to proceed with the check in. I booked a suite and been given a deluxe room (number 226 in 1st floor) who according to the receptionist was a Suite. The deluxe room size is 17sq.m when the suite 30+sq.m even though she insisted that it was a suite. After 8 hours of road I just agreed, paid and fall asleep. Next day passing by the corridor while the housekeeper was cleaning the room in front of mine I realized that it was a suite I then reached the reception in order to raise the issue. The stubborn receptionist: Kirti Singh kept telling me I was been given a suite and made up that the Suite I've seen was another category called Special Rajasthan Suite. Suddenly her story changed she mentioned that booking.com probably made a mistake telling the hotel that I requested for a deluxe room. Against her will she just confessed that she had given me a deluxe room. Then she explained that she was new and just a receptionist so didn't know how the rooms looked like. Please note that the hotel had only 20 rooms and 2 types (Deluxe room or Suite) not rocket science. Plus, if thd receptionist doesn't know... who would? Tired of being lied to I requested to talk to a manager she advised that he was in the village then unreachable... how convenient! When I requested her to call the fabhotel hotline she insisted that it was only for new booking I then asked her to put her phone on speaker and surprisingly we heard a full menu of options for assistance. The operator advised me that due to non availability of suite a deluxe room had been offered to me and that I will be refunded immediately of the difference as I paid for a suite and got a deluxe room. This all drama could have been avoided if I would have been told straight the truth that suite weren't available as I didn't pay in advance. Instead this receptionist kept lying making up stories and excuses and while out of excuses she finally advise that she wasn't than fluent in English. Her behaviour was unacceptable for an hotelier and a guest shouldn't been played as a fool. About the Deluxe room, it didn't even have natural day light even thought it is mentioned "city view". One of the two towels and pillows were dirty and with hair. The bathroom needs to be renovated. (Real photos attached without filters). Hot water is only available on demand so you always need to call each time the reception which is very annoying and inconvenient. The breakfast is very poor in a dark room in the basement. Bottom line: I really don't recommend to stay in this property!…
Hotel rockland was very good as i am senior engineer from ceragon stayed for a month in panchsheel rockland.All the departments was good and manager MR Prem was very helping and of good nature. Monaranjan service was also among the best .
No hot water for shower, really noisy room ( extractor fans constant throughout night, noisier than washing machine on spin cycle) luggage at other hotel had to have breakfast in room as conference in “coffee shop” really poor customer service well no customer service,
