The breakfast spread was quite good. The server was really helpful and kept the plates cleared whenever we needed them to be cleared. The dosas and omelettes to order were good too, would recommend. Thank you for the great service Priyadarshini!

After late arrival we experienced friendly and helpful personal. The breakfast has a lot of options from indian to international style. The waitress was very attentive, eggs in different ways made freshly. Good atmosphere and great taste!

Excellent staff and very well kept rooms. The staff is very helpful and went out of their way to ensure I was comfortable and looked after. The housekeeping is punctual and was always on top of keeping the room in order. Highly recommend the hotel and look forward to staying here again.

Honestly, I wouldn’t lie, I like my experience at hotel. I’m so thankful to the hotel, that they provided me the room on urgent basis.
I had power cut issue at my home, and during this hot weather in Delhi, I was saved that the hotel provided me the room on urgent basis.
Being a single woman, it was so much needed for me to spend night at comfortable and safe space, I’m thankful to support staff Mr. Nitin, he helped and arranged the room on such a urgent basis.
In short, I’m so much thankful to the hotel.
The only thing which could be improved is cleanliness in room , bathroom and availability of deserts, I mean the kitchen staff only had gulabjamuns and brownies.
Over all, experience was good, I would definitely come back.

FnB Team was excellent!!! We had buffet breakfast and lunch. Food was fresh, best in taste and quality, a shout out to the chiefs and the entire team fir their outstanding warm hospitality.
Coming to rooms, rooms were clean however needs a moderate renovation, otherwise everything was perfect, and needless to stay whatever that lacked was compensated by the extremely hospitable staff.

Fantastic service, staff very attentive and helpful. Prayadarshini was exceptionally attentive during breakfast, nothing was too much trouble. Definitely recommend this hotel. Food, catered mainly for Asians but varied and something for everyone.

Not 100% sure about the location, its a bit stuck out in the middle of no-man's-land. You certainly cant walk out of the door and find local bars, shops and restaurants, however the hotel itself is reasonable if you are in this area. The rooms are slightly spacey, modern, white with curvy walls, but I did like the look. Bathroom was clean and everything worked. Lobby and bar/restaurant were nice. HOWEVER the main issue for me after a very long trip was that I just wanted to sit in the bar and enjoy a cold beer. I was told, after picking a beer that they didn't have any beer at all and hadn't for some days now. The bar was large and seemed to be fully stocked so that was a bit of a surprise. I asked if they could send for some, we were a large travel group and everyone was looking forward to a beer, but no. Eventually after a long chat to the nice lady manager I was given a number to call to order beer in myself, but after talking to the supplier it was going to take hours and the beer wouldn't be cold of course. I gave up and ordered the very expensive gin & tonics from the hotel bar.
OK, this might not seem like a massive deal to you, so go ahead. After a very long drive, and being tired it was for me. A large hotel full of amenities shouldn't be lacking in the basics and they had known for days they were out of beer. It was much easier for them to order than for me, plus they would have made a profit. Hey ho, not the end of the world. The staff in the restaurant were however very rude and unhelpful, not every single one of them, but most looked at us with distain, and seemed annoyed to have to actually serve us. Given the bar and restaurant issues, and there being no other local options I would avoid this hotel.
