No tea bags/sugar, diary whitener, coffee sachets in Superb class room. When asked, got reply that they are on chargeable basis. Which I never heard in any 3* hotel. No shower cap, no brush n paste... Above all, I booked it online and informed my arrival time from airport for keeping room ready... Still I had to wait for 30min. Not in a mood to recommend

The hotel is meant for people visiting Delhi for short trips and on tight budget.Basic amenities are quite rudimentary, on the main road, with no out side view.At times one feels breathless. .Cleanliness is not up to the mark besides the staff members are not professionally trained.The inclusive breakfast is served very casually without taking care of the basic needs of the visitors.The Wi Fi system does not function properly.Over all had a sad experience.Location is good but the hotel management should ensure that a feeling of warmth and friendliness is inculcated.

I and my family have spent 10 days here in December 2017. For the price point, it is a good choice as the allocated hotel room is big enough with accommodating staffs and quick service. Breakfast servings were good and another interesting point is that you get food 24* 7 through its restaurant

I made my reservation via OYO (first-time - Good experience) & need just a practical, conveniently located, short-term hotel to go to Escorts Hospital, Ohkla. This is a first time experience at this level price point in south New Delhi. Manager very accommodating & staff friendly & adequate. Facilities very acceptable for this price range. But I was not expecting or used to the level of street noise. I thought I would have to change hotels but after the first night I adjusted quite well. There restaurant, named brilliantly "Horn Please" (obviously the owner has a great sense of humor :-)) serves tasty food. Hotel clean & well tended, practical, safe, etc etc.

One of the relatives had arranged our stay here for 2 days as it was very close to their house. Very small hotel with very basic provisions, don't expect much as the service is surely horrible and hygiene level is very low. Not recommended at all!!!

We stayed in this hotel on business trip last week. Place needs lot of repair maintenance. Bathrooms were full of cockroaches and mosquitoes. Inspite of several reminders no body sprayed the room or bathroom Breakfast menu were on plain paper sheet fully stained.They cannot afford to have proper menus printed or laminated. Staff at Restaurant is very rarely courteous.Wifi never worked for three days of stay We will never like to go there again

picked up hotel by one of renowned trip services ;booked by online room was ok but food is pathetic one truck like structure but take time for breakfast service also.you have patience to prepare order. one bad experiance that at 1:30 AM in night door get knocked and say your room service which was not ordered by me i did not open the door but found horrible experience first time.

A nice family hotel with good service. The rooms are well maintained with excellent fittings and facilities. The wash rooms are also good and clean with all modern amenities. The room service is also good. The breakfast spread is basic but good. Overall a good experience for us.

'Don't expect too much' tag line fits the bill well. Definitely nothing 'Royal or Grand' about it but the location and price are compelling enough reasons for one to come back to this place again. The management need to be worried about the cockroaches that are a menace at times. Effective Pest control needed to be followed. The restaurant on the ground floor is reasonably priced and not bad in taste either. But breakfast only starts at 7.30 am and that could be a serious issue for early starters. The staff is good and the rooms are a bit garish. But all is fair when the bill fits your pocket, so try this place out the next time you are in CR Park area.

I picked up this hotel by google search and literally had nothing to stay overnight and was roaming around the streets of delhi road. I will always be thankful to this hotel for the warm welcome they give me and accommodated me at the crucial time. Well, keeping emotional part apart, this hotel needs bit improvement in the bathroom fittings and room service level, maybe because of less staff the timing is an issue. Food for breakfast and dinner is good. Reception is also helpful. Overall fits for the purpose.
