Had a real pleasurable stay..this place is perfect..all amenities, royalty, services in a really budget price in Delhi
The staff is very cooperative..24hours open kitchen and house keeping services are helpful and comforting fr students nd professionals..centrally located in high standard area..only problem was nearest metro station is 10 mins away and no commercial marketplace or big stores in vicinity..rest Value for money and first class facilities !;)

We stayed at this hotel on the insistence of a relative on our way back from Nainital via Delhi. The look of the Hotel is average. However The rooms are spacious and usually well maintained. It is the service that you need to cope with. Another aspect of the Hotel is its Breakfast. The lay is mind boggling. Believe you me you have a better breakfast lay on a daily basis back home. The look of the Hotel suggests that at one point it must have been a decent place how ever poor staff has ruined it.
One incident I would love to share, I had settled our bills and move out of the hotel building shifting our luggage into the car awaiting us. It is then that I suddenly realized that it would be good to carry some change. So I went back into the hotel and asked the Front office guy to kindly provide me with change worth a thousand rupees, to my utter surprise he asked if I was a guest here??? I was amazed and thought he seriously needed "Brainolia" (A tonic that enhances retention capability for students). How stupid could some one be to forget a face that you have seen making payments to you less than a couple of minutes back... AMAZING!!!

We stayed there too in the fall of 2012; it was O.K. It was clean, we were safe and it was
memorable in the positive sense. Most important is, that the staff is are incredibly proud of their hotel, each and everyone of them. They believe it is one of the Grand Hotels of this world,

I took the worst choice ever to recommend this hotel just because of the proximity it had to my workplace and that decision still haunts me. Let me tell you reason why not to choose it ever
1. Grand welcome by Bed bugs- The room looked neat but under the cover were hidden surprise to give me company in the night... Bed bugs
2. Air condition on show- the a/c in the room was not working and when asked for help, the room service personnel told us the a/c is not working because of dust in the filter..We still not sure how could we have helped and what was the reply suppose to mean
3. Worst trained staff - the worst treatment and service ever. The staff were more like collection agents that DON'S have, the reason I say so it when we told them that I don't want to stay.. They told us no matter you stay or not you cannot get out of the hotel unless you pay the entire room rent even though we had spent just about an hour in the hotel. I almost felt like a hostage in a new city.

I stayed in this hotel for 6 night and got the best service..The staff was very helping and the rooms are spacious.It is very close to the shopping market and is in the heart of the city..i will book royal castle on my next visit..

I was on a business trip to Delhi and chose this hotel as I had to stay somewhere near to my workplace. The room looked fine when checked in..but in the very first 15 mins I discovered that the AC was not working for the room.. when asked for help the hotel staff pulled out the filter net of AC which was choked with dust and spider webs !!.. after washing it he assured me that the AC will work fine... which I soon discovered was not going to happen. To add to my vows ... I soon discovered that the bed had bedbugs in it !!!
When I raised theses issues to the manager .. he offered me a superior room .... however as I had a bad experience already, I requested him that I wont be staying in the hotel and I want to leave as I have not even stayed for 1 hour. To this the manager started arguing and refused to let me and my luggage leave the premises. I had to fight with him for over an hour to be able to leave the hotel after paying for taxes on the hotel. The arrogance and unprofessional behaviour of the manager and the support staff was baffling. A very sour experience, would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Royal Castle Grand....Best of Hospitality.... amazing staff...We had a very memorable stay.... The rooms are spacious with the best amenities. The food sealed the trip for us. A nice and well maintained property in a good location. All my requests were promptly attended to. The food was good and reasonably priced. Definitely a place to revisit.

I am been visiting hotel since 15 years, the hospitality is great and constantly I have seen improvements and reaching at top. Food is great, I enjoyed many parties and cuisines. I always recommend this hotel if you visit Delhi.

The location is C. R. Park Market No II. Rooms are workable. Service and breakfast are average in standard. The front Desk staff lack professionalism. I have observed a drop in the service quality of the hotel with respect of time.

During my earlier visits to Delhi, I was made to stay in this godforsaken hotel. Unlike the name, neither is this hotel in any ways Royal, nor is it a Castle & definitely not Grand. The name & the looks contradict each other. Apart from being a poor host, this hotel also holds a reputation of being a shady joint. Fortunately, in 3 nights (on 2 different occasions) that I stayed there, I was not disturbed by any such nefarious activities. Not recommended for business trips, definitely not recommended for family trips...
