Arrived after 11 from a nice dinner out. Curbside parking was full and no one was outside so I popped inside to check if the valet service was still available. I had done the same thing last week and the lovely front desk staff took my keys and said they would take care of it. I guess that was the exception and not normal Goodwin curtesy. Unfortunately this time I was met with strong indignation. “Of course the valet is still working —they are outside’. When I pointed out there was no one there, the response was “go outside and wait—you have to stay outside and wait if you want valet service.” Indeed, how dare I think the front desk clerk might be responsible for enabling guest entry to the premises. Why indeed should she care about customer service or guest perspective. Clearly that is outside her job scope. She is obviously a front desk clerk and only a front desk clerk. Unfortunately for the valet this cost him a tip and might cost the hotel any future stays. Why pay to stay where the staff can’t be bothered to hide their hatred for their job and their clientele?…

Excellent hospitality by Team Goodwill Hotel, GK1 well led by Manager Gagan Mehra. Had a birthday party on 22.08.21. We enjoyed throughly. The food was Awsome and all staffs are very cooperative. My score is simply 5 out of 5.

Amazing food, supportive staff , i would recommend it. Very nice ambience and lighting. Function went very smoothly. The snacks and service was also amazing. The arrangement was perfect accordingly done.

The program of the ring ceremony was so great and everything was so nice and it all became possible only because of Shri Gagan ji and all the staff. The quality of the food was also good and delicious. Thank you all for making this event a wonderful event.

I couldn’t sleep at all on the first night due to what I suspect as bed bugs. The second night was mildly bearable after I asked the hotel to change the sheets. The breakfast was bare minimal and all of this was saved by the resourceful receptionist, Mr. Mukesh.

Reached from airport at midnight. Security person was sleeping and reception manager attended in slippers and night dress. Run down place. Toilet too ordinary. Wash basin cracked. Breakfast served only in the room. Limited options. Only paratha, poorie and omlette. too oily food.
