Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Just easy to walk to other places in Connaught Place from this Hotel. I couldn’t fault the staff at all - always willing to help and kept the facilities clean always. I would consider this place again.

I stayed here 10 or 12 years ago - it was a delightful little hotel then. It's just as good now. The rooms are small - but nicely furnished and very comfortable. The location is great - the staff is wonderful. I needed a room at the last minute because the hotel I had booked turned out to be a disaster. Even though the hotel was very full, the gentleman at the front desk worked with me to confirm my entire stay. He even was able to let me keep my room late (in a nearly sold-out hotel) on the day I was leaving. i cannot say enough good things about the staff. The restaurant is quite good for dinner (Breakfast was not the best. I don't know why dinner was so good while breakfast was so mediocre.) Again, the wait staff is terrific. When I was leaving, one of the guards and one of the bellmen stayed with me on the street until my Uber came to take me to the airport. It was as if everyone there was watching out for me, making sure I was safe, making sure I had the right directions to get where I needed to go. Just a terrific experience.

For the price, the accommodations and location can’t be matched. The nearest subway entrance is approximately 100 meters from the front door. Several restaurants, shops and the park entrance are within a few steps. The staff is friendly and 24 hour front door security is reassuring. The complimentary breakfast is to order and quite good. My room was perfectly sized for a solo traveler but might have felt cramped if it was more than just me.

A nice hotel located in central New Delhi - location is perfect for exploring the shops and nearby restaurants, with main attractions such as India Gate and Lodhi Gardens a short Tuk Tuk away. If you stay here, you should expect lots of noise from the neighbourhood (the music and car horns were blaring till we went to sleep in the early hours, however this may have been because it was a Saturday night and the streets were busy!) The room was basic but clean, with a spacious shower and bathroom, lots of storage space, mini fridge, safe and a tea and coffee maker. One small issue was that the blinds didn't close very well, which meant a lot of light flooded the room in the morning, however other than that the room was perfect for our one night stay. Although the hotel feels a little tired, the same cannot be said for the attentive and helpful staff. The receptionist who looked after us (unfortunately we didn't get his name) was very kind to offer us wonderful restaurant suggestions and even call ahead to secure us a table. The receptionist who checked us out of the hotel supported us in securing transport the airport and was very helpful. Thank you very much to the lovely team at Palace Heights for making us feel so welcome!

although the room was reasonably good due to some mix up i arrived one day late, made the booking through booking, com and because i arrived one day late after receiving a mail that my cancelation fee was waived , upon checking out i was charged the fee and even though i showed at the desk the mail that confirmed the fee was canceled they insisted on charging me and argued with me i dont know what about but still charged me

Loved staying at this hotel. Felt very safe here and it was clean. The restaurant has the best food in Delhi in my opinion! I suggest the Gobu Dumdar with garlic naan and the Subs Takka Tak with garlic naan. They had great breakfast as well. The staff is friendly and accommodating, if we come back to Delhi we will definitely be staying here again!

Overall experience of staying at hotel palace heights is very good. Well maintained, neat and clean hotel. I have stayed here in Dec 2022 and traveled with family. Rooms:- The rooms are very small and would hardly accommodate 2 persons. There is no enough space for 2 people walking around without colliding. Secondly the walls between the rooms are very thin. I had a peculiar experience here as i was watching FIFA world cup final on TV in my hotel room and the neighbor room occupant knocked on my doors asking me to lower down the volume. I was a bit surprised as this has happened with me for first time. Third, no difference between regular and deluxe rooms as size/space is same. Washrooms:- Washrooms were almost half the size of the rooms and it had all the necessary toiletries. Provision for hot/cold water is also available 24/7. Food:- The ala carte food ordered from Zaffran restaurant was tasty and good however it was a bit heavy on the pocket. I had one dinner and one lunch here as rest of the days i was exploring Delhi street foods which was awesome (do try Kareem's near Jama Masjid, Natraj Dahi Bhalle and Parathe wali gali) . However there was no variety in breakfast as we practically ate the same food every morning for 3 days. Location:- 10/10 for the location of this hotel as entire Delhi is accessible from here. and you get auto / ola / uber from here anytime. If you are taking autos, do negotiate hard as they start with INR 100 ~150 for 3 / 4 kms range of travel. Housekeeping:- Definitely well maintained and supportive staff. Met quite a lot of global travelers from different countries lodging here. If your priority is not to spend enough time in hotel, then this is the right place for you.

Great location. Close to shopping, restaurants, park etc. Safe area. Elevator in building. Rooms small but bathroom on the larger side. Mini bar fridge, safe and toiletries. Breakfast didn't start until 730 so we missed it both days. Helpful staff.
