The hotel ambience was good. But their staffs should really need to know about hotel management. The complimentary things were not put inside the room beforehand. We had to ask for water, toilet tissues, clean towels, coffee etc everyday. Even they charged for one bottle of water whereas they provided only one bottle a day. But after we claimed that we should get at least one bottle each day, they cancelled it. The room service is also very poor. They didnt even make the bed. Many more incidents happend with us regarding the staffs' behavior.

In all my Business trips to Delhi I have always stayed in GK 1 so I was a bit nervous to book a hotel room just so close to New Delhi Railway Station BUT BUT I was so delighted that I booked this hotel because I did not have to go through the Delhi Traffic and it’s just 5 minutes walk from Station Paharganj Gate. Now the Hotel to my surprise in that crowded bazar area was just so clean and the staff extremely well behaved. I am extremely happy to have booked and stayed here. I recommend people visiting Delhi to stay here as it’s very conveniently located. Keep up the wonderful job Team The Gold Regency

The hotel is three to five minutes walk from the New Delhi Railway Station. Although there are many more hotels in this area I liked this one as the first impression in the lobby was clean (but small lobby area). Its right in the bazaar area for people to drop their bags and start exploring New Delhi Bazaar area where the hotel is situated The Rooms are small but decent and clean, to begin with. Accommodation Department is not proactive to clean up the rooms and you need to remind them to get the job done. Overall very good experience as far as comfort and location of the hotel is concern. Will visit again.

It is a goods budget hotel for comfortable stay. Near to the Railway station, clean with well behaved staff. Although I had faced repeated problem with the TV Set Box linkage, they attended to it immediately and sorted out the same at the end.

PROs: When I needed a hair drier, the one they gave me smelled burnt. I complained and the next day the bought a new one. This was the one good / nice thing. CONs: 1. This hotel has the most stupid room service system I have ever seen. On each floor they have a phone ringing continuously in hopes that someone will pick up. Nothing is soundproof so we could hear the ringing as though it was next to us. It was maddening. The staff is so loud and inconsiderate. Constantly yelling and making noise around our door. We had the worst room ever. 2. The toiletries consist of 3 tiny samples and that’s all. 3. The shower has minimum pressure and there is no curtain. You are showering above the toilet and there is water everywhere. 4. The staff speaks barely any English. They fake it really good though, by repeating what you are saying like a parrot. It’s so annoying, especially when you need something from them. For all I know they could all be speaking fluent English, but are just dummying it down so they don’t have to do anything. 5. The staff is very rude. One of them just came into my room uninvited and attempted to take our landline phone. Luckily my husband started yelling and we kicked him out. We did not feel safe. 6. The breakfast is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. Dirty and tasteless and very very dirty. 7. The online pictures of the hotel are photoshopped / misleading. It’s actually located in the heart of a very filthy bazaar. One of the poorest, most unsafe areas. It’s mainly used by backpackers. I do not recommend it. I hated everything about our stay here. Did not feel welcome, safe or understood. Wouldn’t stay there again if you paid me to.

I was initially booked by MakeMyTrip to some other hotel but then they transferred me to this photo hotel which was in a way blessing in disguise. this hotel is just 200 m walk from the New Delhi railway station and is at the city centre just a kilometre walk from CP. it’s a kind of a transit hotel for the price is cheap but more important hotel is clean and hygienic its new construction. The toiletries are very average considering to the price the break fast is just couple of dishes which are okay mainly due to price. check-in was fast and check out was also okay .
