Such a third class hotel i have ever seen. 1. Rooms were very bad. 2. Bathroom was very bad without proper washbasins and Toilets. 3. Never seen such a third class staff and breakfast in Restaurant. Third class taste, empty things, stinky food 4. Rooms like nightmare without any windows or anything. Apart from Check In process Nothing was good in this Hotel. Stay away from this hotel in less rate and best options and you can come daily in CP.

Pros: Right in the city centre - Connaught Place Cons: 1. No internet or even mobile network - you can’t rely on the hotel Wi-Fi 2. No value provided but charge a bomb 3. Staff is unapologetic about the lack of promised services 4. Hot water is an imaginary concept Personal experience: Checked in at 13:00 and given a room that stank of mould. After sitting for a few minutes trying to connect to the imaginary network - Wi-Fi or mobile - to inform the family, went to the bathroom to discover no water was there. Construction activity in the wing meant a continuous noise that the staff hadn’t thought necessary to inform about. Apparently the same construction activity was reason for no water. After 2 trips to the reception and finally shouting at the staff managed to get the room changed. The manager had the audacity to point out that he was doing a favor upgrading to a smaller but better furnished room - apparently the room given originally was a Deluxe room and they had upgraded me to a smaller Elite room. The hotel makes money on hapless customers who arrive and realize all these issues but have no chance of getting their money back. I heard a few other guests as well complaining at the reception about unavailability of hot water; that too in December.…

I booked a stay at Hotel Corus for 1 night in Nov 2022. Since all the work i had was near connaught place, i thought a hotel right in the heart of the innercircle at connaught place would be a good choice, never thought it would end up being the worst hotel stay of my life! First of all the hotel has no parking, i parked in the market parking which was chargable at 20₹ per hour and by the time i checked out i ended up paying a whopping 360₹ just for parking. This was just the start. When i walked towards the room, there was a very foul smell of ?seepage/sewage along the corridor which only intensified as i entered the room. To mask this smell..whopping amounts of room freshner had been sprayed. So much so that i couldnt breathe and kept coughing and sneezing. I asked for my room to be changed and the second room was just as bad. The manager said u leave the door open and switch on fan etc, smell will go off but it didnt even after half hour. Finally when i lodged a complaint at the site through which i booked it the manager showed me another room claiming that he was”upgrading” me! It was already 10pm at night and this room thankfully didnt smell but was right above a pub which was playing blaring music. I was told that this music would stop around 12:30-1am. Since it was too late at night and i had none other options that late i stayed. I asked for extra bedsheet and the one i got had couple of hair stuck to it(yuck!). The security chain of the room was not working, i ended up stacking a chair against the door and finally managed fall into a restless sleep around 3am. Horrible! Horrible stay!…

Stayed in this hotel for a total of 4 nights . Location of the hotel is 100% perfect as it’s right at inner circle of CP However a few things in the rooms can be made better specially the bathrooms. The rooms are also very dimly lit . Not a very good thing. The upkeep in the lobby area was not upto to the mark. Breakfast items were pretty much repetitive and not very exciting . The room service boy ( forgot his name ) however was very much helpful Overall an average experience.

It was a pleasant stay at The Corus. However due to weekend It was completely packed. The food was delicious. But the rooms were okay to stay. The hotel stay was very pleasant. & Comfortable..Your staff Gaurav @ front-desk was very polite & helpful...He helped us alot for our queries...over-all atmosphere is great...I ordered my food at room , f&b staff brought the food with the smile.

Thanks for your hospitality team corus. Get help in my difficult time when everything was close by Delhi govt. My flight got cancelled and I had to stay one more night I got good rates are in corus. I booked from mmt. I thank you Mr. Gaurav Sharma the manager he understand the problem and helped me to arrange the transportation for airport with nominal charges. I meet with true hospitality and professionals and if the manager is professional then team also have perform in the same way. I will recommend the hotel to my friends and family. Once again a big deal thanks to Mr. Manager and team corus.

Length of stay : Jan 5- 7 Jan 2022. With 2 double rooms excellent hospitality great quality of food ,very helpful and friendly staff .well maintained and utmost attention given to hygiene and covid protocols.from security at the entrance to reception staff to restaurant & room service. Surely a delightful experience .Very safe for family stay .solo ,or business purposes .was also working from hotel and never experienced any issue with internet connection and speed. Definitely one of the best and comfortable property in inner circle CP and highly recommended for long and short term stay. Team corus keep the flags up.

I ve booked the hotel on call and Manmohan managed my booking and Surendra took very good care of us. The rooms were good and well maintain. Food was delicious and value for money. I can't say no to come this place again and waiting to stay again in The corus.

Wonderful Stay at the Corus. I have been there for my visa stamping and I got decent hotel with decent staff. I requested for early check in as I had to reach to visa office at 1100 hrs and hotel staff entertain my request. I checked into the room which has Connaught place park view. I like the room and services from lobby staff till housekeeping staff.They treated me as king . Thanks Team Corus for your hospitality. I will definitely come to stay again.

The hotel stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff was very polite and helpful. I ordered my food at room from out side Amit from Housekeeping brought the food rom reception with the great smile . The room cleaning was also awesome. The hotel is convenient for getting around and many activities in Connaught place near metro station. If we were to travel to Delhi again, we would definitely stay there again!
