In my travels, I have learned that there are three things that the world needs more: education, honor, and courtesy. The owner of Smyle Inn, Harrish, represents all three. When I booked my room, I asked that my internet be fast enough to teach a class. When I discovered my wifi was not strong enough, within minutes, he immediately solved the problem by giving me access to ultra fast wifi. Harrish kept his word. When I though that the local money changer cheated me with fake bills (though it turns out they were real and that my UV light was not strong enough), Harrish had one of his employees accompany me and made the changer vow to refund in full or switch the bills the next day if I wished. I booked for a week in another hostel ( sprinklers ) which is walking distance but this was one of the worse decision I ever took couldn't stay there for more then couple of hours so i started looking up for another hostel near by and I found this beautiful property call Smyle Inn . Im glad that i choose this one bcoz this was neat and clean affordable and the staff is extremely helpful ! I would definitely recommend this place if you are ever in the town . highly recommend !

Bharat was great at organising our trip seamlessly. We were provided with an excellent driver, with great English and well experienced. All hotels we stayed were a good quality. Bharat regularly checked in to see we were happy with the trip. The driver and trip were very flexible and enabled us to see sites we would have otherwise missed. Overall very happy with his service.

The area feels very unsafe, would not stay in this area again. Staff was okay but not too helpful. Room was okay but could be better maintained. Did not try the complementary breakfast so cannot speak on that.

Located in small alley and walking distance from new delhi train station. Cheap ,neat & clean ! Staff is extreamly help full . I booked for 3 nights and airport pick up ( which is totally worth ) I reccomend to everyone and will defiantly stay there again !highly reccomended and value of the money !

The Smyle Hotel provides good rooms with air conditioning, en suite facilities and affordable & nourishing room service options (complimentary breakfast included), all for a very reasonable price. Located just off one of New Delhi's main strips for good bars & restaurants, the location is ideal either as a base from which to see the city or as an overnight stay within a 5 minute walk of the main train station. By far and away the best feature is the staff. The hospitality we received was excellent, with 24/7 care, and our hosts were amendable to a host of requests, from last minute extensions on our stay to sorting our laundry & shopping requirements (for hardly any profit).
