Detailed Reviews
Without doubt Roseate pool is one of my most favourite.
Upon arrival Lifeguard Naresh warmly welcomed me and made sure that towels, bathrobe were available without me have to ask (very courteous) he saw me walking bare foot and immediately I was presented a slipper saying that the floor is getting hot because of the heat and I should put slippers and walk so that I don’t hurt my feet ( I was blown by his service) The staff were extremely friendly and made sure that everything was excellent. Rahul the life guard saw my eyes were getting red and immediately he came and handed me a swimming goggles and mentioned that I will be able to swim better if I put the goggles as he saw me struggling with my underwear vision (WOW the service is unmatchable)
After 2 full laps I was literally exhausted as I was suffering with migraine The spa executive Chimmi saw me and very warmly asked me was I ok? I casually mentioned that that I am having migraine problem and she immediately arrange camomile tea and arranged meds for the same (she literally asked me which medicine I usually take for my migraine and the next thing i see the medicine handed over to me) like who won’t get blown with this kind of Amazing service (recommendable!).
The restaurant lady Soshim who took my order was very well versed, it was very easy to place my food order(which I am extremely particular about) but I had to say it just once and she understood and placed the exact order without have to repeat myself (highly highly appreciated) and Gaurav who delivered the order was very courteous. The warmer and friendly nature of all above mentioned staff has obviously added up to the experience yet again.
I truly enjoyed my swimming day after 17 months and all happened because of your super super courteous staff and the warm and friendly nature
All respect for the managers who believe in leadership to all the inspiring team and who does a great job here a true example of excellent hospitality!

Had a lovely family staycation at The Roseate New Delhi. The property is sprawling over foliage-rich landscaped greens dotted with water bodies and fruit trees. Our lake-facing suite was beautiful, fitted with amenities like a bathtub, large screen TV, in room dining, a steam room, walk in closets and more. Daily fresh fruit and cheese platters were placed in our room and turn down service given each evening. Was happy to see that the property follows all Covid-19 protocols, all servers are masked at all times and sanitizers abundantly available everywhere. Service is top notch and staff polite & helpful. We had great meals at ChiNi curated by Chef Dhamal Neeru; gifted Chef Pradeep Bhandari curated Indian meals and a high tea for us. We enjoyed a fun pizza making class as well. The gym was well equipped and the trainer was helpful. We loved our stay and can't wait to go back. Do ask for a botanical tour and don't forget to try the lovely fresh mulberries!

On a break, checked in at The Roseate. The staff is extremely proactive and helpful. The front office team is excellent in hospitality. The housekeeping is also quick and effective in service and we were able to generate such a level of trust that we couldleave our room unattended while they cleaned it. Thanks to Mr. Kartik for the personalised service and willingness to help irrespective of whether or not it was related to his department. If you're looking for a break from your hectic lifestyle then The Roseate is the place to visit.

I had booked a Premium Garden View Room at The Roseate for my parents as a gift for their 25th wedding anniversary celebration. During the process of booking the room, I had a thorough discussion with the cast member, Mr Aviraj. Since it was my Parents’ Silver Jubilee, I had specifically requested the cast member to make it special for my parents. Further, I had requested him to add small touches, such as Towel Swans and any other small, minor elements favouring the old couple. During this conversation between me and the cast member, I was assiduously assured that a complimentary cake and a bubble bath would be provided for the Silver Jubliee couple. While buying the promises that were being given to me, I especially ensured if any special arrangements will be made and I was given nothing but positive affirmation from the staff.
When my parents arrived at the hotel, the staff instantly presented the bill for the room to my parents (which had already been paid well in advance) without checking their own system or staff knowledge. This not only put them in an unnecessarily awkward position but also set the tone for an embarrassing and underwhelming experience from the beginning itself. Then the staff informed them that their room had been “upgraded” from a Premium Garden View to The Roseate Garden view room. Apparently, the difference between the two is just the location of the tub (it’s near the bed in the latter room).
When they checked-in, to their utter shock and surprise, not even a single add-on or arrangement was done, the room was just like any other normal room. It appeared as if no conversation or request had been put in for the special arrangements. They sent the cake only after I repeatedly called them to do so and when my parents asked for the arrangement for the bubble bath, they sent someone to their room who simply turned on the tap for hot water and added Shampoo. I’m surprised at the audacity of the hotel to pass it off as a special service.
I then had a word with the cast member regarding the lack of everything that we had discussed, to which, he simply apologised and told me about the room upgrade, which, again, no one asked for and in no manner could have worked as compensation against the lack of any efforts from the Roseate. It's very disheartening and insulting to see such a renowned hotel using underwhelming, lazy tactics like "room upgrade" to hide the fact that customers are ignored here, their special requests mean nothing to them and all they give you for your buck is a lazy effort to justify fair service. All I requested was for some special treatment on their big day - even a simple balloon/happy anniversary greeting/towel swans would’ve sufficed. It was a blatant insult to me as service seeker and the sentimental value that I tried to add.
I’m never considering this property for any future celebratory occasions and wouldn’t recommend the same to anyone.

Went to the Roseate for a Staycation during the weekend leading up to the Republic Day in January. It's a beautiful hotel, very artsy, lots of foliage, quiet for the large part and not inundated with guests (only 65 rooms) which made it, at least when we were planning, the perfect getaway from Delhi.
To be fair, it is all of that, but our experience was marred by shoddy housekeeping. After paying close to 18k for two mights (including two meals) one would expect hot water in the tub, and a comfortable bed. Unfortunately, that was not the case; the bed had a major indentation in the middle which made the first night very uncomfortable. The net day the hotel sent in a carpenter and fixed that. The hot water issue, unfortunately was not fixed for the duration of our stay which meant that my girlfriend was unable to use it, something she'd been looking forward to. And you really don't want to spend time with handymen in your hotel room when you're out for a two-day holiday.
Secondly, the package meals were sub-par. The chinese food at least was indiscriminate and cold, and not what you expect from a hotel of this calibre. I should mention that hotel gave us a complimentary meal at the second restaurant to make up for this. The staff, by and large was extremely friendly, the spa was the best part of the stay, and the a la carte food at Kiyan (the second restaurant) was pretty good.
My advice for would be guests would be to ensure that, well there's hot water and a functioning bed before you check in. Also do not sign up for the package meals and opt for a la carte at Kiyan instead. And just make sure your room has been efficiently cleaned; we found bits of snacks still lying around in the corner of the room. Excellent place, but its unlikely that we'll be going here again.

Had heard a lot about The Roseate over the past year or so and why it cannot be compared with the one at Aerocity and that its a must-visit place. So, this past weekend, few of my friends were in town and they said that getting a room at 10k per night is a good deal at this hotel otherwise it is usually more expensive, so we went ahead with the booking. Although the room was really good, the property is not as big as I thought it would be. Service wasn't that great, even for room cleaning/checkout requests, we had to call multiple times. Another annoying part of the stay was that even in a room with a balcony, smoking was not allowed and it attracts 5k fine. The food at the Chinese restaurant, Chi Ni was pathetic, didn't like it one bit. The chef Nitin Bajaj offered us a free meal anytime later at Chi Ni but we declined the offer coz we were so disappointed with the food there that we just cannot revisit this restaurant. The food at Kian restaurant was much better. I expected the bar to be very classy/fancy but it was very dull. Overall, I won't say this is a must-visit hotel, it does give you a resort kinda feel and vibes but given the price (without any good discount deals), it's simply not worth it.

This hotel is filled with livingness due to water flow at different places.
The staff is very cooperative
You can feel what luxury means when you stay here.
Besides all good things of hotel i must admit that they need to develope proper ventilation of fresh air through gallery area.

Spent one night, more of a transit halt. Despite the congestion, noise and traffic in the area, you immediately get transferred to a clean pleasant open environment as soon as you enter the Hotel premises. Proper Covid precautions are followed sincerely by all staff. The Hotel has a nice ambiance with adequate greenery and lot of water bodies. The building architecture is quite unique. Rooms were large, well furnished and comfortable with good view. Though Bathrooms were large and well equipped, entrance to the same could be more practical with some provision to latch from inside since occupants may not always be just a couple. Food was very good. Staff was efficient and pleasant. Highly recommended for a stay while in Delhi.

Many thanks to Karan, Deeshant and the whole Roseate team for organising my Dad’s birthday dinner. The team delighted us with the taste of the food (matched the quality of dine-in experience), very hygienic and high quality packaging, and on time delivery. We were pleasantly surprised to see complimentary sweets, a birthday card and a gift voucher from the team for my Dad. Overall, Team Roseate went above and beyond to provide a 5-star service in these unprecedented times. Great service! 😊
