I am specially taking out time to inform everyone how pleased i am with the level of service at this hotel. You get quality service as its backed by Taj Group. There were two gentlemen during my stay who were very professional and gave extreme attention to detail. Pradeep from front office ensured that our check in is quick and easy and made my stay comfortable Aman was a head chef from the restaraunt and gave personal attention to not just me but other guests as well. We were extremely satisfied and would love to visit here again and share the experience to our friends specially coz of these two gentlemen.

"The hub" has it all, a great variety of food choices. An impressive selection of continental, India and Asian options are available in their menu one that won't burn a hole in your pockets. Condoned with persian tiled floor through out the restaurant as well as the conjoined Bar, along with a contemporary setup gives it a chic vibe all through out your dinning experience. Just when you think that you've seen it all, you step into their Alfresco a trifling seating area over looking a cozy pool back-lit by floral patterned frescos, with strategically places heaters, perfect to enjoy an evening in the Delhi winters. Their Tiramisu is a must try!

The location is very close to all business and leisure activities. very convenient. Rooms and overall hotel is small as compare to other Taj hotels.(probably thats why branded as SeleQtion) But, it definitely has distinct and unique character. Rooms are clean, cozy. Hospitality , service at its best as usual for Taj brand. stayed for two nights. F&B team was kind to provide me packed breakfast as I checked out early morning. Hygiene standards are good. sanitizers placed at multiple locations. Only concern, whenever I asked housekeeping team to provide additional toiletries, water bottles/tea sachet etc. everytime they carried it in bare hands. Especially during these times it is expected things to be served/transported in tray and have minimal contact. small thing but matters a lot. Rest is ok.. good experience.

Outside food not allowed (due to covid reasons), however their only restaurant has very high prices (900 + taxes for a paneer dish). The food is also only available till 10pm, otherwise pay service charge on in room dining. Swimming pool person doesn't know how to behave. He himself doesn't follow the rules or dress and ask the guests to follow. On being asked the same, he mentioned he only has to jump in pool incase of emergency and hence has an exception.
Only good part is the breakfast spread which has variety and taste.

This is a beautiful hotel from the moment you arrived staff are friendly and helpful. Mamoj in the restaurant area was extremely helpful in advising us on how to navigate the city and the must see places on our two day stay. The breakfast is the best we’ve had in India and a match to any European hotel Somdutt had recalled our coffee order after only one day and was ready to offer us whatever we needed, almond milk, dairy free etc. We had an early check out 7am when breakfast was just starting, the staff were flexible and said come down it will be ready by 6.30/6.45, and the was perfect service and all the usual choice- excellent value breakfast fresh and refrigerated, which isn’t always the case even is top hotels. The room is extremely comfortable and exactly as photo, I had to check out the pillow brand they were so comfortable! Also when we mentioned our room door was sticky they had maintenance over immediately to plane it down and re paint it all within 1hr. The staff are constantly washing furnishings, skirting boards and ensuring everything is perfect. We stayed in everything from the Radisson to youth hostels and homestays and this was the best kept of the major hotels- a must stay and we will definitely return.

It was my office work that made me travel to Capital. And while searching for the stay, this newly built property was top on the search there are definitely several reason that this property is on the top. Firstly in CP and in very much Central Delhi accessible to metro and bus. Secondly due to hospitality that it provides. It's a Taj property you can't go wrong with it. Just incase you're traveling with family would advise to book Premium room. The property is newly built an year ago and such a fresh look. The staff is warm and as in Taj property always on toes. We requested early check-in and late check-out and it was no questions asked. Would specially like to mention Front desk Ayesha, Shubham, Mohit and Pradeep to make sure we have happy n best of the stays. They took care of my 3 year kid as well when needed. That was so relief and kind of them. The housekeeping staff Arvind and Manjar loyal to their duties and always helped with in room stuff. Dining chief Mr. Hemant and Vipul made sure we have our good breakfast and some most delicious dishes. Bala, Somdutt, Akhil, Rakshit, Shankar, Rajesh were so helpful and making sure we have hot food delivered to room as there was only in room dining due to Delhi Covid restrictions. Sonam the security lead and Rahul from Qmin were local and very helpful in guiding us to maneuver swiftly in this city. I'm sorry if I missed anybody. But this is one such property due to their staff you would want to come back. Thank you guys.. you guys rock!!!. Thank you Taj for another memorable stay. Lastly Mr. KAILAS from Nashik Taj to help us and giving confidence to take this property.

The cannaught,new delhi is a 5-star, very comfortable and cosy hotel, offering free parking. From the moment we came in, all staff we encountered could not have done a better job especially saransh sir . They were informative, helpful, amiable. Top quality breakfast with fresh everything and a nice selection of cereals, cheese, fresh bread etc., and well catered to by the morning staff. The decor of the restaurant, the bar and our bedroom (v. good bedding) was tastefully done, a sleek, classy contemporary style with a high level of comfort.

It was an extremely comfortable long stay and the staff was very friendly and warm throughout. People were extremely accommodating of each request and this stay, became friends with multiple persons over there. Servers like Rajesh, Bala, Bhumika, Yojana, Somveer, Maan, Lovely were extremely helpful throughout the stay. Cleaning person Bhupal Singh was very scrupulous with his work and always replaced everything perfectly.

Some small irritants on an otherwise excellent stay. Excellent staff can deliver better if management was a bit more visible as in most Taj hotels to fix issues. The great team needs more Management support. For example I checked out before noon but the call to my room to say we can do you a favour by late check out of 1230 pm leaves a sour taste as even without the favour you would not charge for a 1230 pm checkout. Unless you are really busy with high occupancy you can offer a little more later check out and exceed guest expectations. Similar other small issues.

I had the opportunity of staying at the Connaught Hotel couple of times recently in New Delhi and trust me if an option is given to me to stay in any other properties even on complimentary basis..I would settle for nothing but Connaught Hotel
It's very difficult to find such an awesome hotel with pleasing staff members, great ambience, lip snacking good, tastefully done up rooms at such a reasonable price in the heart of Delhi city
Every single person i have interacted with during my stay be it Mr Robin Rajput, Mr. Pradeep and Ayesha Khan from front desk, Chef Aman Ji have always gone out of their way to make each of my stay ...the most memorable ones
Chef Aman churns out some of the finest magical gourmets from his kitchen ... Don't forget to try mouth watering Kheema Pav ..if you remain in hurry to rush out. That's his speciality
I highly recommend this property to one and all who plans to stay on leisure or business while in delhi
I like to return to Connaught Hotel always and so will you, once you have tasted the warmth of hospitality
