Staff should be responsible and polite to the customer. Mr Robin (sales manager) over there is not trustable at all. Mr. Pradeep (Receptionist) sometimes show irresponsible behavior which is not acceptable in hotel industry. From Taj such things are not expected as it is one of the prestigous group in India.
Had a great experience staying here. The house keeping is really good. Arjun who is from housekeeping was very helpful! The location is great. Main CP is just 5 min walk away from here. The rooms are stunning. Thanks a lot for a wonderful stay at IHCL.
Extremely small rooms and bathrooms. There’s water all over the bathroom after shower and not enough space for two people to keep their luggage. The rooms are also very small. Not sufficient desk space to work along with other necessities on desk!
It's a beautiful hotel with mood lightening ambience. The staff is very cooperative and we'll mannered. Special mention for Mr. Lovely, he is very helpful and soft spoken. He prepares amazing mocktails Employees like Mr Lovely prompt me to visit again. He is an asset for the Hotel. Some of the positives that I liked the most 1. Walking distance from Connaught place 2. Good views if you get higher floor 3. Neat and clean property. 4. Beautifully deaigned rooms. Some cons. 1. Food menu needs a little more variety 2.Room size will suit solo travellers more.
I stayed at the Connaught hotel, New delhi of IHCL for more than 3 months due to business reasons. It has been the most memorable experience. Food quality and variety is great. They have amazing staff who cares for guest more than anything else. Services especially from Mr. Rajesh, Mr. Bala, Mr. Sonveer, and Ms. Bhumika would make you feel at home. Thanks IHCL team for such a great experience.
The housekeeping and restaurant staff at the property are extremely caring and professional. Kudos to Bala, Rajesh, Sonveer and Bhumika for their dedication to work and towards the guests. I have had a long stay here and it felt like home.
The hotel is a good place to conduct business meetings and events, especially for long-term engagements for firms not based out of New Delhi. The entire team was supportive and helpful at their best. There might be a few glitches here and there, but the team works on the feedback to make your experience better.
This is 3 star luxury property, in city centre near to gurudwara Bangla sahib, in reception very limited staff mostly at the time only 1, so it will take long time to get your work done. Breakfast is very good, pool is small, in room dining service is very fast, room is very small hardly place to move around, in toiletries only shower gel and shampoo. Overall a ok ok experience, I have booked by the name of taj, that hospitality is missing, personally I would not recommend this hotel
I stayed here for the first time and was pleasantly surprised with the Hotel. It is a very good Hotel. The location is good. 5 minutes walk to The Connaught Place. The Hotel has a Gym and a swimming Pool. The breakfast was very good. All the services matching the Taj Group level. Whether you are on a business or pleasure with family, this is a very good place to stay.
