The hotel is run by some uneducated/uncultured goons who sits by the recipient having no sense how to talk to the customer.Their main aim is to bring customers to their door step Andrew hung then in the pool of misery. This hotel doesn't know the term Hospitality i dont know.I strongly request everyone please it's better to book your travel in some budgets rather than wasting money in this so called lavish hotel.A big no from my side and staff will not leave a single chance to harras you in front of other people there,if you don't beleive then please book a visit to vandalise your self respect and prestige.....i put my attachment of booking with this review as well have a look .WORST WORST WORST hotel in GK2
I had booked another property, as that was sold out they adjusted me in this hotel. Room size kinda small only.Bathroom nice and OK. Toiletries not satisfactory. THEY DON'T HAVE A RESTAURANT. Complimentary breakfast has very limited option.
I went to delhi for couple of days. I wanted to stay in a good neighbourhood instead of commercial location. New Haven hotel is a boutique hotel. Extremely friendly staff with attentive service made my stay comfortable and good breakfast too. Rooms are quite big for the price i paid. Its rare to find such place which are real value for money in a four star hotel
This is a hotel in GK II area. location wise good. Comfortable rooms. have used this hotel many times. This time was travelling with a group of 12 people. had booked the room with breakfast. was checking out at 6am.(on our way to Amritsar).requested the staff in the reception previous night to get some packed breakfast..they refused.. in the morning i asked them to give us atleast some toast n tea.. that also it was refused. after lot of request Mr. Santosh ultimately agreed to give us tea in the morning on payment basis... i was really surprised with there behavior this time.
New Haven is a nice small hotel in GK II area. Good location- easy to access from Ring Road. Greater Kailash II market and many good restaurants are near by, within walking distance. The staff is great and always at your service. The breakfast could improve with some cut fruits and one or two more items to make choices better. Rooms are spacious and bigger than most of these range hotels in this part of the city.
Me and my family stayed for 3 nights at this hotel. Hotel is located at one of best places in Delhi. Very safe location close to restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Simple breakfast but helpful staff. Negative is that they don’t provide shelter for for our taxi driver or shower.
Hotel location is in one of the best places in Delhi.Hotel Staff is cordial and forthcoming to fulfill guest needs. Food is not that great considering its in Delhi a city known for its food . Full points to staff at the reception.
I planned to stay here for 3 nights in actual. It is a small 4 star hotel situated in greater kailash2, which is the porsch area of new Delhi. Easiness of access to all the locations was the main reason why we chose there. Before I book this place I read many reviews for the same. Through that I came to know this place offers a terrible breakfast. Well that didn't change my mind from booking of the same. When I arrived there all of my worries demolished. Yes it is a small hotel in size but very good staff, very clean and maintained rooms and toilets. Water is good. Even though the total area of the room was small they have arranged and utilised very well. The rate of the room is bearable. Right in front of the hotel there is a mall. A small portion of reserved forest under department of forest is very close to this hotel.breakfast as expected was not eye candy like other four star hotels, still the provided items were hot and tasty. If I ever prefer Delhi again no second thought I would book this new haven hotel.…
I picked the hotel as it was close to where I had to meet some friends after work, the rooms were very clean and had all basic amenities. Its a no frills hotel good for a business trip. The breakfast was a but of a let down. But the best experience of this hotel for me was the reservation desk, where they helped me change my booking dates and also called me and asked me to book from a specific OTA which was giving me the best deal.
Worst Room service and breakfast quality ever seen. No proper ventilation in rooms. Receptionists are very confused about their roles and responsibilities. Major improvement required in all these areas so that people will think again to stay in Greater Kailash
