Hotel is neat and clean. Friendly, helpful staff at all points.
Room is neat but the bathroom drains had a bad odour emanating from time to time.
The location of the hotel is not so Grandin you're tourist as you may find it away from tourist attractions, shops and other restaurants.
The street area at the back of the hotel is unsightly and at the front entrance is a busy road with heavy traffic.
The roof top on the 5th floor overlooks the train lines.
Restaurant on 1st floor serves tasty food and staff is professional and helpful.

The employees are very nice, friendly. They try to meet your needs but the culture is different. So the food is always spicy; towels, soap, etc are scarce. But all very accommodating. Mattresses and pillow harder than I like but decent. White Towels darker than I like but doable, especially for the money (hotels in Delhi are more expensive than in other cities in India).

Final hotel stay on our tour. So disappointing. We asked and paid for 4* Hotel . I wouldnt rate this hotel as a 3*.
Arrived after 4pm. The room was not ready. Got into the shabby old neglected room and not really clean. Stained walls, stained seats, stained sheets the flooring is old and in need of replacing and not clean. Im sure this hotel does not know what cleaning products are or how to use them.
Towels are a grey colour not white. The internet is very slow. The Airconditioning fan rattled and was noisy. Turned it off. Street noise constant and the hot water was not hot only a little warm.
Breakfast is included but did not eat there as if room not clean you can imagine the kitchen.
Would not recommend.

One night stay as part of a tour. Hotel and room rundown. Bed sheets and coverings stained.
Curtains dirty and stained, small couch in room stained.
Location in a rundown busy area on a main road and railway line with constant noise all through the night, we had no sleep.
Not close to any eateries.
Fairy lights were covering front of building, including down past our windows. They didn’t go off and night and we couldn’t close the gap at top of stained dirty curtains so constant blue light shining in all night.
We ordered simple room service of fries and naan and even the fries were horrible.
Staff not overly friendly.
We had no hot water. When I called about this reception told me they have to turn it on, so wait ten mins. We waited an hour and still no hot water. Called again, and he kept telling me there was and to check. I explained I had just checked and there was none. Sent someone to come and check as though they didn’t believe me just to see I was right. About an hour and a half later 2 people knocked on the door and told me water was fixed. It was luke warm at best.
No English speaking tv channels.
Don’t book by choice, avoid at every cost.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 days. This is in the category of 4-star hotel. The hotel front desk staff are very rigid and not friendly. The rooms are very basic. The toiletries [ dental kits] were not supplied, maybe they simply ignored. Had to call the housekeeping team few times to remind them to send it over to our room. During the morning breakfast the restaurant staff, keep looking and talk among themselves, don't know what are they talking, but it feels uncomfortable. Overall the stay was not good.

Stayed in the hotel with two rooms and a family of 4 adults, 01 infant and 01 child below the age of 2 years.

Ordered for a glass of hot milk which was charged at a rate of INR 157.50 AI which should have ideally been free considering it was for an infant, however we didn’t mind paying charges for the same.

On the other hand, last night before leaving we ordered for a glass of sweet lassi, which was for just INR 75 AI.

Can someone please help me understand how is this justified ? The front desk staff too was shocked and said it’s unreasonable!!

Zero senior management at the hotel to have this highlighted to. Why are you cheating your consumers ??

Room booking was confirmed by the hotel by email to us.
The reception lady (Mahi) kept on phoning me and cancelled our booking as we were travelling after 7 hours hectic drive. This happened again a week later after we were travelling from airport to hotel. Upon arrival , We had to find another hotel late evening with 4 large pieces of luggage. PLEASE do not book this hotel as they have habit of cancelling your bookings. We found out later that they have given my bookings to some conference people and even didn't bother to help me to find another hotel quite late in the evening.

For Rs6000 per night for double room is very bad value for money. NOT going to book this hotel again.
Inconsiderate and badly managed hotel. Be aware!!!!!!

I wish I had read the negative reviews which were written n hidden between paid positive reviews. Let me just start by clarifying that it is 'a 2 star hotel' for all the services it provides. I had my brother's wedding stay at this place and was there for 3 days.
Dirty linen, dirty stained kettle, yellowed towels, poor housekeeping, below average food which was always short for guests but got refilled only for staff. Ironically I paid 350 per head for 2 days breakfast for eating bread and butter!! Being a host I had my meals at the end where I was told that food is finished because more people ate the food so out of guilt I ate whatever little was remaining while paying full amount for my plate! As soon as the staff came in to eat, the serving bowls were filled till brim. What a grt management by managers, Mr.Birender and Mr.Khalil.
Dj on mehendi night arranged in their basement hall was so so. They stopped serving snacks soon after the start of event n told this is how they do it. No snacks were served for more than 30 mins during which host family was begging them to serve snacks to guests who r arriving. Save ur events & look for a genuine n better place
