We booked a suite with three single beds for one night. When we showed up, we were told that a room with three beds wasn't available. They asked if one king bed and one single bed would suffice, and we said okay. We were shown to our room, where we saw two single beds. They told us they would bring up the third bed. There was no room for a king bed for sure, and it was definitely not what we booked nor was it what the front desk manager had said we were going to get. The third bed was a thin mattress on top of a piece of elevated plywood. We did not accept it, and after a lot of back and forth (during which the the manager completely disappeared even though he told us he would be right up--we ended up going down and still never saw him again), we were shown to the original room the manager had told us about, a suite with a king bed and a single bed. I was so confused. It seemed like there was no one else around and the room was on an unused floor (I'm guessing for energy saving purposes), but then why tell us first that it was available, and then unavailable, and then magically available again when we complained? The room was nice, accommodations were pretty good except that the AC never got cool and stayed at 28 degrees all night even though we turned it down. The biggest negative was the service, which soured our stay there. We also paid more at the desk than we were originally told when we booked the room, but the front desk manager had no answer for that when we checked in. All in all, I would not stay here again, and I would say there are other comparable hotels in the area with better service.

Hotel Anila in New Delhi calls itself a ‘boutique hotel’: this is rather like adding the word ‘couture’ to the UK’s Primark stores. It is adequate. It does what it says, efficiently and effectively, but there are no frills.
Everything worked and the room was comfortable, although in all three rooms we stayed in over four nights we were disturbed by noise from adjoining rooms and then externally. The hotel reminded me of the UK’s Travelodge brand in cities before its recent makeover and refurbishment: a step above basic, but sorely in need of modernisation.
The hotel lobby is good and welcoming, and staff efficient and professional. The hotel restaurant is best avoided apart from breakfast: if it can be microwaved, it will be.

We spent the first 2 nights of our India group trip here.
We were aware that different standards apply here, but this hotel exceeded our expectations (the only plus point is that all the subsequent hotels on our trip seemed like 5* hotels).
The room was incredibly musty and hazy (you couldn't open the window). The floor was extremely sticky and the socks turned dark after a few steps. All the clothes, even those that were in the suitcase, smelled like this hotel for a few days (and not good!).
There was no warm water (or it was only supplied in a bucket after repeated requests) and the cold water that came out of the tap smelled very strongly of iron and you didn't want to shower anymore or you got itchy.
Sleep was also out of the question as the hotel was built to be extremely noisy (large gap between the door and the floor, "inner courtyard" where people eat).
The breakfast was ok as was the staff.

I have booked this hotel for my guests from Assam. The guests were very happy with the rooms and quality of the services. The location of the hotel suites the tourist as most of the sight seeing places are easily accessible from the hotel. I will definitely use this hotel in future

Definitely this hotel is not worth 3 stars.
This hotel was booked by the tour operator during our tour of India. The rooms are old, unclean and smell very musty. The rooms are also very noisy. This is also because the doors have large gaps. The food in the evening and for breakfast wasn't that great either. We would give this hotel a maximum of 1 star. The hotel pictures do not correspond to reality in any way.

We stayed for 1 night and although the hotel is a little outside the main area were pleased to escape the chaos of central Delhi. The rooms were quiet, modern and very clean, the front office staff were super helpful and we would recommend this hotel.

DON’T EVER PLAN TO STAY AT THIS HOTEL
Worst Staff and Management.
For Breakfast they serve STALE FOOD.
YES, you read it right.
Don’t SPOIL YOUR HEALTH eating anything here.
They served us Idli and Poha prepared god knows when... Heating it in an Oven in front of us and stating it’s HOT AND FRESH...
We asked them to give us Fresh Food, for which the Management says we will not and you have to eat what have been given.
And complete NO SENSE AND RESPECT of talking to Guests. Especially Mr. Pankaj Kumar and Mr. Rajesh Kumar.
DONT RISK YOUR LIFE eating at this Hotel. You won’t ever come to know it’s how many days old.

i had the worst experience of my life at this place. The management was nt at all welcoming and one of their management even passed a comment to a fellow female friend. From what i can remember the name of the person was Pandit. The guy had no ethics what so even and passed a sexiest comment.I am even on the verge of filing a Law suite against the staff as well as the Hotel as it was their responsibility.I think the place is not at all safe and rest the room quality was also deploring.Would nt suggest to any one who takes safety as priority. Also i had some of my stuff stolen.think thrice before you even book as there are many bettr options nearby.
