I stayed in this Hotel for about a month. I had been a comfortable stay. The rooms were comfortable. The most positive part was staff, they were very hospitable and cooperative. The food was also good but only limitation was the limited menu which for such a long stay becomes monotonous. The location of the hotel provides access to every need within a radius of 2 km.

The hotel was very well-maintained and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Mr. Santosh, the manager. He was very accommodating and went out of his way to make sure that our function went smoothly. The food was delicious, and Mr. Balbir, the chef, was very creative with his dishes. He even made some special dishes to accommodate our dietary restrictions

Your stay become comfortable when the hotel is good ,but it becomes awesome when the staff is good
Mr naveen the floor manage was ultra cooperative and quite helpful
It's because of him I am giving this hotel 4 stars otherwise slow service will at times bother you . Food was pretty average break fast variety is some thing they really need to work on.

- location: in an area very far from all the main attractions (1h drive at least to reach them) and the area around the hotel gave me no idea of security

Booked a room in 23 June for a friends stay. The room booked was not given saying it was not ready. The service check in everything was v slow and non professional. The worst part was the breakfast . A very limited breakfast menu with stale tasteless food. In summers they served leftovers from previous day/days in the name of breakfast. When confronted they served fresh poha that was equally bad. The staff did admit that food was stale . They are charging for a four star and service is not worth a two star

I visited today to view the hotel for banquet event with guests staying at hotel. I was given a tour of the banquet hall and a room on the ground floor. Immediately entering the banquet, air felt stale and in the room it was very stale. I requested to have a word with the maintenance incharge and I asked him if there was any fresh air provision with the air conditioning. He promptly replied, very honestly "Sir, there should have been fresh air provision, but there is non. We just switch on extra air conditioning (cooling) when there are guests"

I travel about regularly once or twice a month for inspections and stay in Hotels all over the country. I have also travelled internationally extensively. This last weekend I was booked to stay at this hotel. The flight got late and I reached the hotel at 11:10pm. I checked in and then told them that I would like to have a bath and order room service. I went up to the room and realized that the menu had only Indian food. I had hoped to have something continental. I called the room dining and they said that they could only provide a few items and surely nothing like even a sandwich as the cook had gone home. I managed with what little they had a green salad. I tried to get on the internet and the connection was terrible. I asked the front desk and finally the person came up to the room and realized that it was not working and offered to give me his personal hotspot on his phone. I requested him to kindly tell please check it up.
The next day in the morning I saw the breakfast buffet which was very basic and nothing great at all. I went to the reception before leaving for meetings and asked them if they were getting the internet fixed. They had no idea as no communication had been given. In the evening I got back and again wanted to order some food at 9:00pm. I was in person with the main person in the dining room and he said all they have in Indian food and Chineese (which is only Chilli Chicken). I again ordered some soup and salad and I was going out for a walk met two westerners who too were unhappy with the food and had brought Pizzas from outside. As usual, the internet this evening was just the same and would come and go with a poor connection.
I would never recommend this hotel to anyone if they were a friend. Poor services with no initiative to do better.

This property is an absolute disgrace to the brand sarovar. Where do i start, starting from the check in experiance , it was absolute chaos in the hotel lobby, with wedding guests and we felt like we were a burden to the staff. Rooms are pathetic with no hygeine whatsoever, linen's had stain marks which looks like blood. Bathroom cleaning is like a local lodge even worst. Hotel overall needs a n immediate upgrade or renovation or should be taken away from the sarovar brand name.
I know some properties sarovar takes to increase profitability but c'mon on the one side there is Marine plaza mumbai ans on one side its this. Attaching some pictures so that everyone knows what they are getting into.

Except the staff everything in this hotel is run down and old.
The shower doesn't gives hot water, the water is only Luke warm in the shower and even the flow is very less.
The water is so hard that it is next to impossible to remove soap from your body.
The knobs of the drawers are broken.
The curtains dirty and never ironed
The intercom in the room has so much of disturbance that you can't hear anything.
The ac makes the noise after every now and then.
Needs serious renovation.
The only good thing is staff, a lady named Timcy went out of the way to help us she even gave milk for free for my infant son.
