Detailed Reviews
The room was small but very clean, with good wifi, a/c, a safe environment. Breakfast was just great. We could leave our bags at the hotel after checking out and they provide us free room for shower in the evening. The pick up from airport was on time. The staff is polite and always smile and ready to help you whenever you want something The location is quite far from center.

The have written on online portal that local ids accepted but when I was about to checkin they denied to take our booking and that’s so rude. The manger said with know any hospitality ethics and didn’t even apologise for the mistaken.
Such a fake hospitality maintained.

Stayed at Picasso for four nights in a premium room. The room was spacious, comfortable and well decorated. The bathroom was neat and tidy with glass doors separating the shower. Staff was courteous and helping. We were even provided with a room heater to combat the winter chill. The complementary breakfast had a good range of options. Easy transportation from Peeragarhi Metro Station. Would like to visit again.

Good Hotel situated in a good location. Fairly easy to get public transport (Metro train, taxi, buses etc). Deluxe Room size quite substantial, setup and interior decor very nicely done with a good size en suite clean bathroom. Room service is good and staff at the hotel are helpful and friendly. Internet could be better but over all a very good, clean and nice hotel. Worth recommending to family and friends.

I have visited Hotel Picasso recently, found on average side... Hotel is small but ok for budgeted.... We have not experience good customer service as they were having some marriage function in hotel due to which Banquets were booked & no place to serve Buffet breakfast except room. Next day breakfast was not up to the mark as it was served cold... Hotel is having typical Punjabi approach... lack of professional customer service, which is required to serve corporate clients. Over all OK... as price was low,

We visited the hotel to book 40 rooms for our guest coming at a pre wedding , after standing for 30 minutes on reception , requesting them to show the rooms , the front desk staff has no idea who will show and when they will show us the room , no responsibility , no hospitality .
This way the hotel must be loosing lot of business . Fools sitting on front desk .

This review is an initiative, thanks to Mr. Saurabh, the general manager of the hotel, for calling me the night before checkout, telling me that he heard that I was dissatisfied with the hotel and demanding to know what I would write on TripAdvisor. So here is my review:
I had to attend a 6 day workshop hosted in this hotel and thus I made my booking for 7 nights through Cleartrip. Just a day before the scheduled check-in, Cleartrip mailed me to let me know that the hotel was overbooked and I would be required to change my bookings (Fortunately I had checked my email). The hotel denied any responsibility and so did Cleartrip. So the day when I should have been packing, I instead spent an hour arguing with hotel and Cleartrip staff, cancelling my reservations for which I had already paid and booking another hotel in the wedding season of December! Little did I know that this was just the beginning...
On the second day Mr. Saurabh told me that a room was available for the remainder of my stay. I repeatedly asked him to ensure the room was indeed available. He reassured me that it would be. To my horror, at 7.30 am next morning, I was informed by the workshop co-ordinator that the room was in fact not available. The hotel did not even have the courtesy to call, and when contacted cited the excuse that they did not have my number. On the third day they called me on the number that “they didn’t have” to convince me that they had a room which I could occupy the next morning, to which I agreed. What a mistake indeed!
The ambience of the hotel is that of a fish market – mosquitoes, fighting, noise and commotion – you can find it all, be it in the reception area, rooms or the basement party hall. Mr. Saurabh thinks it’s humorous to pass rude remarks on his subordinates in front of the guests. The receptionist Nancy can be found exercising her substantial vocal chords by screaming at the staff at any time of the day. It necessitated stopping the entire workshop several times so the co-ordinator could go up and remind her that this was a hotel and not a zoo! This sometimes would stop her screeching for up to an entire hour!
I was given a big room, clearly in an effort to calm my anger over the booking fiasco. The couch, however, had broken springs, to the extent that no matter where you sat, your backside was constantly at two levels, with one being poked by a broken spring. The bed however, looked inviting until I actually came to bed that night. The “double bed” was two singles sewn in one cover. It looked flat only because there was a metal railing extending one inch above the mattress that went around the two singles allowing the bedsheet to stretch across so it would appear flat. When I actually sat down the mattress was a small scale model of the Himalayas! With peaks and valleys up to 4 inches in height, it was as comfortable as a slab of granite with a piece of tissue for cushioning. My friend and I woke up in the morning partially paralyzed with uncountable aches and pains. To make the morning perfect we got a splitting headache from the staff fighting and yelling at each other at 7 am. I was labelled as “khadus” (scrooge, or a stingy mean person, that everybody hates) by Nancy for going down and pointing out their behaviour was unacceptable.
The party hall in the basement where the workshop was hosted is also home to countless mosquitoes and cockroaches, so much that we found ourselves acting as pest-control agents for the hotel rather than professionals attending a seminar. The floor was dirty and seats stained. The one bathroom in the hall is probably cleaned only twice a year or when enough guests have complained. The food was decent but I seriously questioned the hygiene of a hotel full of roaches and where you feared the motive of the staff who seem to take a complaint as a personal attack on themselves and their families going back 3 generations.
To sum up, I wouldn’t board my dog here!
