I stayed along with my family including a kid during Nov 2014. I booked online thru hotel website and got a 10% discount. They provided free pickup from New Delhi railway station.
We put up a road side first floor room. Nalwa street is probably the calmest place at Paharganj. No noice.
The room was good with a huge round bed. Hot water in bathroom. The toilet was spotless and cleaned whenever we asked.
Room service was prompt and food was palatable, even for a kid.
Best thing is the location. Just 400-500 meters from Ramakrishna Asram Marg metro. Even late nights were not a problem.
I do recommend for people with family, willing to stay at a decent budget place.

The Hotel is located in the Pahar Ganj Area. The New Delhi Railwaystation and the Rama Krishna Mission Metro Station are both very close. The Road where the Hotel is, is during the night (11.00pm-8.00am!) very quiet. There is no Restaurant in the Hotel but they provide Room service from a near by Place.
Free and steady Wi-Fi, TV with Channels in english Languages.
The Hotel is old, the Inventory too. But clean and the prices are very nice!
The biggest Plus is the Team by the Reception!
Very friendly and helpfull. They want to make your stay comfortable and solve any of your wishes! Realy 5 Stars!!!

l stayed at this hotel for one night in Mar. 2013. There are so many options in Pahar Ganj. Actually I have stayed several guest houses im Pahar Ganj.
This Guest house doesn't locate on the main street, so it was not so noisy.
The area of the reception, I could use wifi free and the connection was quite good.
The tariff started 800rps. I chose the cheapest one, but the room was specious, clean and with TV. Hot shower was available in 24hurs.

According to the reception staff, Karan, we would be able to get free airport/train station pick up for 2nd stay.

I stayed only one night on this hotel. The room was big but old fashioned. Almost all furniture needed reparations or replacement. Air conditioning in the room but I didn’t try to make it work, as the machine was old and looking so dirty that I was afraid of touching it.
Bed linen that wasn’t white anymore.. Brownish colour especially in the middle. No towels in the room when I arrived, asked to staff to bring some. They came but as the bed linen, looking very dirty.

I really liked most of their Personal, because they don't ask for money, what the Indians usually do, when they bring or want something ! Because I booked the Standard room, but that was so bad and filthy, so I asked about a better room , I paid 500Rps more each Day for a nice and spacious room ! The Hotel is close to the Metro Station....that's very nice ! The WIFI was OK also the TV !
Very negative points:
The Standard room is old and dirty, There was a red couch, so filthy that I don't want to sit there ! So I took a higher price room , that was OK ! The Food is OK, but not very good, but it's anyway very difficult to find good food in this area.
- If you order a beer, every waiter has a different price :-) The Bed was clean but I don't think they wash the Blankets ! I am not sure if I would stay there again, oohhh, one important thing !!! Check your bill, when I checked out , it tooks 20 minutes and the bill was almost 3000 Rps higher , than he count again , and it was right, but no sorry !!! Yeah, this is India :-)

I booked this hotel through the website after reading the good reviews, but was sorely disappointed when we got there! The hotel was on a busy, noisy, over crowded narrow street. When we got to our rooms it was not ready, wet bathroom floor - no floor mats, dirty sheets, wires sticking out of the bedhead where bed lamps should have been, wires sticking out where a little box heater sat on the floor. When we complained, we were taken to an upgrade for a price, which when we got there, we noted that it was what we thought we would get in the first place according to pictures on the web. The roof top restaurant was a joke, in short, I don't know which hotel the other reviews were talking about, because it definitely wasn't this one.

+Location. In the Pahar Ganj area 10 minutes of walk to the New Delhi train station.
+The airport is 12 km. Easily accessible by train
+ Quiet street
+ Clean bedsheets
+ Shopping and eating opportunities nearby

-The accomodation is ran-down, the equipment is dirty. The roof terrace is disappointing, there’s no real view.
- For a 450 Rs bus ticket they charge you 300 Rs service fee! You can get this done in neary offices for 30-60 Rs. Ticket service is of low quality.
-Despite our stay noshow was reported.

I wouldn’t recommend. I am very disappointed .

Upon arrival at the hotel, we was met by an extremely kind and helpful man at the front desk, who showed us 2 types of rooms, one which was clean, had hot water and tv, but another one which was outstanding, but was a little extra money. We was not pressured to choose the nicer room, but it was too nice to turn down. It has hot water, a massive bed and a flat screen tv and room service is delicious. All the staff are always on hand and makes sure you are 100% happy. If you're looking for something a little nicer in Delhi come here, it's safe, friendly and you won't be disappointed.

I booked a room to stay in India Internation Hotel Pahargaj New Delhi during Aug 2015. when I reached at the reception, the staff enquired like a cop from me. They checked all my i cards etc and then started asking very private questions. After that they started checking our all personal documents to verify our statements. It was very awkward. I am govt servant officer (myself working in Govt Security agency) I shown my i card etc but they refuse to allow me stay there even after they confirmed the booking of room telephonically. It was very much disgusting and my female relative was feeling very much insulted on such behavior by hotel staff. I talked to local police station telephonically about validity of such behavior by this hotel staff, and they suggested me that hotel staff attitude was not proper and they need to just confirm ID proof and not more than that. Unprofessional attitude. DO I need to check in only to 5 star hotel to avoid such incident?

Really close to Ramakrishna mission Ashram metro station - which is a fast, safe and cheap way to get around Delhi
Nice quiet street, cheap and clean rooms, hot water, free 24 hour wi-fi, cable and air conditioning.
Great staff - go out of there way to please and help you during your stay
Special thanks to k.k Singh for making my stay extra special. Arranged all my trips and excursions during my stay in India. Also upgraded my room on my return trip during my last couple of days stay at the hotel.

"If you want to pay an extra coupleof hundred rupees, the corner rooms that end in 01 (101, 201 and 301) are amazing, with windows on two sides looking out over the street, bed's on the floor in the most amazing way. It's hard to describe, but ask to look at one of those first (if one's available) and you'll see what I mean. I see the reviewer 680Kat has mentioned the same thing. Take those rooms if possible."
