Stayed at Jayee Vasant Delhi with a group of 30 rooms and the hospitality was top class a special mention to front office team, I was pleased by the service of the hardworking staff ( Front office), Pranav gave us the room very quickly and Ayushi and Aashi were very welcoming to us and helped us in everything.

It's always a pleasure to return to the JAYPEE VASANT HOTEL – it feels like coming home. Hemchand consistently makes my stay effortless and assists with everything I need, from booking a taxi to more complex tasks like scheduling doctor's appointments. He even goes the extra mile to purchase medication for me, always with a smile. His dedication is evident not just to me as a guest, but to others too; another guest mentioned his gentlemanly demeanor. Location very good, unforgotable swimming pool, staff very friendly. Everything was OK. The concierge Mr. Hem Chand and all the team support us when we need. I'll come back for sure. Very comfortable, the breakfast good welcome, rooms very comfortable, Highly recommended!

I had a lengthy stay (split) in Oct 2023. I'd have given it 4 stars but due to persistent badgering by one employee to write a review on Trip Advisor while I was sitting in hotel's lobby was a big let down. I told the employee 3-4 times that I will do the review when I get home. But he kept asking me to do the review right then and there. I felt uncomfortable and somewhat threatened. Hotel is in a nice location (metro, malls and touristy spots), but they need to be more pro-active environmentally. They should consider not changing sheets every day or every other day. Also, please consider an alternative for small plastic bottles in the bathroom. A little better job on housekeeping as well (I saw dust during my first stay).

The hotel is in a good location, close to the airport and there is also a shopping center near by. All the personell in the hotel is very professional and helpful. I only have good experience. Specially I could mention Ms. Kusum Lata and the waiters who are serving breakfast. Because of them I starded every day in a good mood.

We had a nice stay at the Jaypee Vasant. The hotel is located in Vasant Vihar (South Delhi) and is approximately 20 minutes from the airport. The Basant Lok complex is next door and has good shopping and restaurant options. This was fantastic as our flight arrived late and it was very easy to get to the hotel. The best part about this hotel was the staff. From the security staff to the check in staff to the housekeeping staff, everyone was absolutely lovely. The check in staff went above and beyond for us and exchanged some 500 INR notes for some smaller bills and this was super helpful during our first (stressful) few days in India. All of the staff always had a smile on their face. We only had food at the restaurant twice. The food was fairly good. We appreciated the amount of options that were available. The lobby and the pool area are stunning. The rooms, however, seemed fairly dated and could use some updating. The air conditioning was old but seemed to do a good job. We did not have any issues with the room. One day, the housekeeping staff forgot to replenish some items and we called the front desk. They rectified the issue promptly and we were satisfied. Overall, the hotel is nice and the rooms were quiet. The price we found was a bit high for what we received in return but this would not deter us from staying here again. …

Decent, main advantage is that the hotel is close to Basant Lok Complex. The restaurant is average but I guess there is nostalgia for many patrons. Rooms are decent and staff is polite, the price I guess is for the location and closeness to both main city centre and airport
