Stayed here for a couple of nights. Firstly, they gave me a room which took almost 10mins (I timed it) to get to from the reception. On top of it, no porter around to walk me through. I checked-in at 2am after a tiring car ride from Chandigarh on a foggy night,so you know how tiresome it was. Thought of...

Enjoying five days stay at Ashok. Old at the same time maintaining the aristocracy of its diplomatic background. Spacious rooms. Oudh and Frontier to fill you during the day and Capitol for the long night. Breakfast at the coffee shop may be looking forward for a total menu revamping. We had prompt room service. And we liked this hotel to...

Good hotel placed in a safe and good area. But has areas to improve. Don't take anything for granted. Very limited choice for breakfast and the only 5 * hotel than charges for Internet use at its business centre.

Every online portal showed that there were rooms available. Yet I hadn't booked it cause my internet was acting up. I show up there in my shorts and sandals as I had just arrived from a beach town. They acted like I did not belong in their opulence and almost ushered me out of the hotel. When I told them...

This is a big, old hotel. The service is very very good (I was attending a conference and after I checked out the lobby manager allowed me to use a room at the end of the day for a quick shower - which was awesome). The breakfast bar was very good (not stellar) with many options. The restaurants on site...
