As always, I felt like I came home. Checkin and checkout was smooth. Everything else in between was perfect as well. Breakfast buffet was enjoyable as always. I might’ve stayed at this property hundreds of time but I’ve never experienced a member of the staff who wasn’t polite.

Very nice hotel, not far away from the airport. All the staff delivers high standards of customer care. Breakfast is huge and there's a big variety of food. Housekeeping was fantastic too. My special thanks goes to Miss Swarnam for being so helpful during my stay.

The Hotel is fantastic I came with my family to attend the MotoGP race in BIC and stayed for 4 nights .The service was impeccable and staff .They gave me early check-in which was appreciated, Amol and Tenzin were awesome took care of all my stay needs and will again visit for sure. 👍🏾
