The coffee shop has no one in attendance.When I asked at reception,they smiled and did nothing.I.askef an attendant,he was more interested in a foreigner.No basic courtesy.The washrooms need to be cleaned. I am a regular visitor to the hotel.

Awesome experience, nice location, stupendous hospitality by ram, Lakshmi, matin, bhup a lot of feel good factors. Rooms are spacious and hygienic with open air access through balconies. Breakfast spread is also awesome.

The cleaning service is really good. The staff are nice. The place is cozy. The ambience of breakfast area is really nice. A whole bunch of staff like Uma, Prakash, Chisni, Dipa, Gurbani and Sanjay were so nice. I had a really good experience (4 days).

Hotel is excellent very comfortable and clean. Staff are fabulous nothing is too much trouble Security very good felt safe as solo female traveller. Good location by market, shops and boutiques. Particular thank you to Uma Shankar for my delicious tea and excellent service. I would highly recommend this hotel

Hotel is centrally located.I really liked the hotel ..near by khan market for shopping and India gate.Everything was there to make me comfortable. Hotel staff is very attentive and caring.Special thanks to Lakshmi,Mohan,Vijay,bhup,Matin and IRD team is great and super.Ankit and Shanti.when ever we made any request from our room 102 always received on time.

Had a pleasant experience with Taj Ambassador. The hospitality and service provided by the staff is amazing. Staff is very friendly and caring. The room is spacious, hygenic and clean . Restaurant breakfast is delicious and had lot of varieties.House keeping team Lakshmi, Bhup, Matin Guddi In room dining Ankit was exceptional to take of guests .
