Very disappointing stay, rooms very shabby and certainly not 5 star deluxe in my opinion. Mini bar empty and no iron as stated. Rooms on floor 1 definitely in need of thorough update and deep clean. Shower broken. Public areas lovely and staff in Resto cafe professional and helpful, which unfortunately cannot be said of reception staff, who were verging on rude. Not able to use outside pool/terrace areas during stay due to private functions. Not a good position, being on a very busy, noisy roundabout. Would not stay here again

Visited first time here for the dinner in Cafe resto, recommend by my friend who is very regular in the restaurant, and to be honest this is a amazing place for dinning, will recommend everyone to have specially Parma chicken, Oven roasted fish, Lamb chop etc. Such a wonderful services along with food.

One of the best place to have small family gatherings , staff is very polite and helpful always extend there support out of the limits starting from reservation from Ms Arminder till the end with Mr. Ajit are very helpful. The property being centrally located makes is convenient for everyone. But I would like if they diversify their menu a bit , and try bringing some more fusion menu , to decide the menu I don’t think I need to read it . Else their staff is very Curtiois and main reason to come again and again.

It is hard to say anything thing positive about this hotel - except the gentlemen in the restaurant who serviced breakfast he was very nice. The rooms are old - light switches falling out the wall, holes in the lamp shades, condensation runs down the windows pools a meter into the room , the shower barely worked and I couldn’t wash my hair, it is extremely noisy, sheets are so threadbare you can see the mattress protector and mattress straight through them, we asked for extra pillows from the front desk 3 times over 2 days until we got them, despite getting to the breakfast buffet right on 7 the food was cold in bain Maries, the icing on the cake was when we checked out someone else had charged something to our room - when I disputed it the restaurant manager accused me of being in the restaurant - I was in the restaurant but on the first day we did charge something to our room - when we got back to the room the waiter was standing outside the room saying that we couldn’t put the charge on the room - we had to go to reception for then to agree we could put it on the room - after that I paid by cash or card as I didn’t want a waiter outside my room every time - it was extremely insulting to be accused of trying to skip out on a 700 rupee bill when we had spent over 10,000 rupees at the restaurant - they did waive the bill as they couldn’t show me the chit that I supposedly signed but no one apologized - cannot recommend this hotel at all.…

4 Star Propery 2 star room services We had terrible experience right from checkin till checkout. Rooms were not ready for number of guests, had to ask several times for simple item such as towel. Phone support was horrible, they keep telling call x, call y etc and going circles. Room was not tidy and mattress was not comfortable. Support staff didn’t knew how to operate room AC.
