I happened to visit the Jaypee Sidhharth property. Very nice cosy ambience. Very cooperative staff, helpful and properly guided and visited through almost the entire property. Rooms, restaurants, pools and other areas are also very hygienic and properly maintained. I really enjoyed their hospitality and courtesy extended towards me during my visit. The bed is clean and comfortable with good hospitality. I recommend visitors to stay at Jaypee Siddhath. Reception is also very good with good food taste. The room cleaning and assistance on demand is unique of its kinds. Fast to respond too.

My stay at Jaypee Siddhartha Hotel in New Delhi has been a mixed experience, with both positives and areas for improvement.
Unfortunately, things started on a disappointing note at the reception. While settling my payment, two customer service agents engaged in unprofessional behaviour—they used abusive language, although amongst each other, but when one of them brought out that the customers (I and my family) could hear them, the other one just shrugged it off and continued using explicits—which left a poor first impression. We didn’t bring this up at the moment, and thought wouldn’t, but many things that followed resulted in me posting this. Despite this however, Ms. Vineeta at the reception stood out for her courteous and professional demeanor, making efforts to ensure our needs were met during the rest of our stay.
The housekeeping team was incredibly helpful, especially Mr. Abhishek, assisting us in making the room child-friendly, and the in-room dining staff notably Mr. Rajiv and Mr. Laxman went out of their way to prepare and serve bland food for our child. The food was simple yet delicious, and while it was on the expensive side, this was expected being an upscale hotel. Breakfast at the restaurant was a highlight, with a great variety of food and warm, accommodating staff enhancing the dining experience.
One point worth clarifying is that while the hotel markets itself as a 5-star property, it is listed as a 4-star hotel on Google Maps—don’t know if it’s Google that needs updating or the hotel needs to update its marketing. If it’s the latter, this discrepancy might explain why certain services and facilities did not fully meet the expectations typically associated with a 5-star establishment.
While there were commendable aspects, such as the attentive housekeeping and dining staff, some shortcomings left room for improvement.

Pathetic hotel, pathetic service by room order taker Nandkishore , never answer the call picks up a call after 20 rings ,first they don’t pick up the call after answering he argues that we have back to back call we are busy you have to have patience he is showing me attitude as he offering something as a favour to me.
Even for glass they transfer the call to housekeeping they transfer to room service. 30 mins you have to wait for a glass to appear in your room
They charge 150 for plates and ice , even for glass they charge no menu to give so called scanner is also not there they share the menu with different prices actual invoice is different.

I stayed for one night in this hotel when you enter the hotel no one is there is to assist you with your baggage no welcoming smile, looks like they are playing peek a boo so you don’t feel they are looking at you ,but when your are leaving if they see you are offering them a tip they run towards your car with a smile and open door for you.
Hopefully when you reach reception they make you feel special at least they offer you to sit , the receptionist made my check in easy without hassle but you have to have a hustle for a king size bed they do have it but they don’t offer upfront.
Finally when you reach you room nice cozy room with modern equipment’s , rating as a 5 star hotel themselves but they still have a basic slippers or basic amenities on request .
And cherry on the top comes when you try to order from there so called room service first they don’t have menu in room when I called up there a person named nand not so sure what that bugger name was i believe he was a lawyer got a wrong job in hospitality. He will argue with you will let you know all sections of your amendment, but won’t serve you anything until you order some food . They have a scanner for food which I was not able to find but like me if your phone battery is drained of you are gonna die famished, I don’t think so it’s none of his business to explain me that anyways after a hectic day don’t call room service just if you want to have a drink as he’s gonnna charge you for asking a glass and ice . They will serve you anything if you pay them for a carbonated water/food no courtesy they offer .
Breakfast is the service which has to be talked about Ashok there serves you top notch he makes you feel what a true hospitality is .

This hotel is definately not a five star hotel the lobby area is nice but the rooms tell a different story. It was so dirty I had to wash the bath before I stood in for a shower. You couldn’t use the mirrors as they were so dirty the fittings were rusting and the floors disgusting thank goodness I brought flip flops to wear in room. The reception staff were rude and the so called reception manager was no help at all after a problem had occurred with our booking. Breakfast was ok and it was in a good location next to metro system but don’t expect a good sleep without ear plugs as dogs barking all night

Hi, Laundry services shall range from 500 rupees onward and it is expensive. However, You have very many shops nearby Siddartha hotel where you can do the laundry or drycleaning in half the price. I recommend the same.
I didn't see anything when I was there but the hotel can arrange a car for you to take you anywhere and the metro stop is about a 5 minute walk.
