I stayed at the grand 10/12 Feb.,then 15/20th Feb,2020. I could not get booking for 13/14 Feb. rudely interrupted by valentine day rush.All right for lovers ❤🎶😎. Stay was very enjoyable. Ambience of this place is unbelievable. Most staff will greet you with an unobtrusive smile. There is always some social activity going on here that means hustle and bustle. As location is slightly out of way, this is good for privacy. I detected work is always going on to improve views in the massive lobby area. Elevators are always in working order. unfortunately bedrooms are not getting same degree of commitment. We are talking about perfection here. Hot water supply was interrupted during lean hours for boiler maintenance work but notification was given only once. TV remote control needs a crash course how to work it i.e. Must face controls to operate etc..Welcome move by management to control max. Volume on TV sets.Beautiful views from rooms. I appreciated hotel's gesture in upgrading my room for part II of my stay as i had to find altenative accomodation. Cascade provides a great place for breakfasting, buffet meals.Lalit -Panthri team along with various staff provide super service.sun light in abundance adds to the joy when in cascade best in delhi. Akash in housekeeping was exceptional.Reception services are manned by friendly good people, not by insecure cashiers i have seen in other establishments. Really pleasant place to visit. I stayed there for about 20 days . It was quarantined there. Initially it was horrible thought for me but after few days I saw the staff over there were very professional especially I will mention Veeru Singh from housekeeping . He maintained hygiene really well and was taking care of all the needs and the the food which was served was also delicious. One thing they really think and concerned about you taste and feedback which make them different from others.It was overall a very good stay and memorable as well.Thanks Grand

Third visit at The Grand, stayed in the Business Suite for 5 nights. Room was not cleaned properly including the toilet. Hotel concierge was rude and not very accommodating. The free shuttle to the mall located 2 mins away has been discontinued so guests have to pay a ridiculous amount for hotel transport or take a taxi/walk which can be inconvenient and unsafe at night. Paid for a triple occupancy room but amenities were only prepared for 2 people throughout the stay. Mobile signal and WiFi in the suite were weak and almost impossible to reach. Wouldn't stay here again.

We had just the one night at this hotel before moving on to Agra. Our room was fine, and the restaurant, promised more than it could deliver. During the 2 meals we had there (one dinner and one breakfast) we struggled to find a table which was laid up with all the required cutlery. Bowls were nowhere to be seen. We asked some of the many staff for the things we were missing, having to ask more than one person, before we often had the wrong thing or multiple right things delivered. The staff were friendly and worked hard, but they really lacked 'organisation'. This might be true of all Delhi Hotel, but we found the cost of drinks and coffees really expensive. The check out process was incredibly slow too.
Overall we feel this hotel is aimed at the Corporate visitor, rather than the holiday maker.

Terrible service ..I was given the room after waiting for good half en hr . There was no mobile network on that floor also wifi was not working due to some technical issue . There was no it person to resolve the issue . The hotel did not have any it person.
They told us to change our room on the second day since the problem could not be solved when they were well aware of the problem.
Food was not that great all ... few items were placed in the buffet that were chargeable after they have already placed it in the buffet without even mentioning that they are chargeable .
Overall a bad experience and would not recommend this hotel to anyone

The grand is a unique property with dense green lush Mughal style gardens all around it is in a prime location yet gives you the field of a luxurious hiland resort property. From checking in to settling into the room to the rooms themselves the room service housekeeping everything is impeccable now coming to the entertainment as couple the two or first never felt the need to leave the hotel as it has to best night clubs of the city within the property along with the very famous g bar and the buffet with the breakfast lunch or dinner food is outstanding.
Prabha and Geetika at the front desk to very friendly professional and very helping individuals. Piyush at the gbar helped us with the finest selection of wine and whiskey. One month of stay here and I am spoiled. Sincerest thank you to the whole staff at the grand Vasant Kunj

We arrived very late night at the hotel on 11th Jan as our fight was late. We were very tired and jet lagged and a cranky kid(undestabdable) made our situation a but more uncomfortable.
We were warmly greeted by Priansh at the reception, who immediately got on to help us in expediting the whole checkin process. His warmth and hospitality was simply fantastic and made us feel at home.
While the hotel rooms need an upgrade in order to enable the hotel live up to its past glory, hospitality, courtesy and assistance of folks like Priansh make stays worthwhile.
Also it would not be doing justice to this review if I do not mention the huge quality upgrade in the hotel's F&B offerings over your past few months .
Furthermore I'm still staying at the hotel and bump into Priansh time and again who never forgets to address my by my name and ask about our well being and comfort.
