This is the first time staying with this hotel. It was just ok. Room was not up to the standard was bit dirty. Bed sheets has stained .Had to ask to replace the bed sheets which Mr. Faisal arranged it for us.Which was very nice of him. He was very attentive towards our complains. Rest is just ok Nothing special. Breakfast chef at the egg was not very good as he was serving all the Indians customers first when I was there before them that was bit discriminating. I thought. Anyway...Staffs are ok except Faisal who is in the front desk reception.He was the only thing which was excellent. I Will give him 5 star rating for his job. Thank you Faisal for being kind, polite & brilliant. Keep up with your good work. Customers only need staffs like you.Good luck with your future.
The hotel is quite good with great breakfast selection. I had a pleasant experience. What is making me give them 5 star is that I booked on Expedia with issues. I searched on Expedia for checking in on Friday and checkout on Saturday, but somehow I ended up booking a day stay, 9am-6pm, Friday. Now we both, Expedia and myself are pointing finger at each other. Anyway I got to know of this fiasco when I showed up at the hotel on Friday 1pm. Expedia was of no help. However Mr Pankaj at the hotel, offered to convert my booking to night stay with small increase in fee, less than cost of breakfast, which was added too. He pretty much saved my day. I ended up staying 3 days there. Will return to this place anytime. Great location, reasonably priced. Thanks Mr. Pankaj.
Enjoyed the stay very much. Staffs were all very friendly and helpful. Housekeeping, good service. Avinash, Shiv, Praveen cleaned my room very well and were very attentive to our every needs. Nitish from minibar helped a lot.
I have stayed at the Metropolitan before and found it very good in terms of value and service. My latest visit In April 22, was an even better experience. Post covid , the hotel ahs managed to carry on where it was pre-covid. the staff were friendly, helpful and always willing to do anything to make my stay extremely pleasant. It would be very hard to names everyone who made my stay great, but I think I need to mention Pramod, who ran the morning breakfast. Despite having full hotel, he met all the challenges really well and made sure myself and everyone waiting was seen to promptly. He also made sure all my special choices were catered for as well.. I will be staying there again, when I next go hopefully soon
