THis was a leisure cum business trip. Took 2 rooms for 5 nights for a family of 4. It was a really good experience. Front office: I was not happy with the location of the rooms initially allotted and within 20 minutes I was give another ( and better) option. Room service was extremely responsive and quick ( 25 minutes to get my meal in the room)I dined at all 3 restaurants and the cusine and service as per the high sheraton expectation
Amenities like drinking water and fresh towels were provided very quickly. IRD cuisine was delicious. The cuisine for breakfast was exceptional, tasty spread with a huge variety. Special thanks to Ms. Teresa the coffe shop, Ms Yasmin and Ms Anchal of the front office and both duty managers . The hotel is a 3 minute walk from what i think is the best mall in delhi ( select city). Overall, great stay. I only wish the parking space in the reception area is a little more although valet parking was very good

We recently stayed here for the second time. When we stayed in 2017 the rooms had an old vibe but very comfortable. This is a beautiful hotel with very helpful and polite staff. This time we stayed in one of the recently refurbished rooms which was very comfortable and spacious. The rooms are modern with above standard amenities. The shower is very nice and the bathrobes very comfortable.
I fell ill whilst at the hotel and the staff were very helpful and so caring. The chef also made food to order which was helpful. The spa is very nice and massages on offer a very good price. The staff speak very good English and we used the hotel taxi to the airport and it was very clean and the driver was very helpful and advised us of things to do at the airport.
The location of the hotel is very good. A short walk to the mall and metro. And a short taxi ride to the local saket Market.
I recommend everyone to stay here. Its a very nice hotel and so spacious. The staff are amazing and you won't be disappointed.

The property is centrally located at Saket. The Bags were well sanitized and i could see a lot of non-touch protocols in place, which made me feel safe. The rooms were spacious and the stay was comfortable.
Food at Dakshin was amazing ( a must try). It felt very South Indian and being from Chennai, i would recommend it for any non south indian to get a feel of true South Indian cuisine. Staff were polite and prompt.

Had a very bad experience with ITC Sheraton hotel. Me and my wife checked in on 1st Feb in room 611. Food was good, room was okay. Next day, just before checkout, I slipped while coming out of the shower. My wife immediatly called for help alongwith some spray and crape bandage. These guys took their sweet time to act and 2 calls later they bought a volini spray and asked for 200/- bucks. We agreed to pay. I was unable to walk and requested for the wheelchair! They did not even had the courtesy of asking me about happened when I was checking out of the hotel on a wheel chair. They were ignorant and nothing compared to the decency that I expect from a 5 star hotel.
Overall, apart from the food I think this is an over hyped hotel. Bathrooms are soapy and slippery. Staff needs to be more courteous and proactive. 2/5.

The Sheraton is one of those hidden germs that can only be experience by visiting it. Our 13 days stay was absolutely wonderful and comfort at the same time. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and welcomed, from checking in and also settling in. The breakfast buffet was excellent especially in times of Covid. Our room was cleaned everyday and sanitize to the level of comfort to ensure comfort and safety. The only downsize to the hotel is the in dinning meals were a bit expensive, which we avoided by eating outside especially with New Delhi great culinary choices. I would definitely stay at this property again.

we visited this hotel because my dad has his surgery at Max hospital and its the only closest property near the hospital and the only property where we can feel safe with health and hygine. We stayed here for more than 15 days and we had a great time here. Would start with Housekeeping staff, who actually look after the cleanliness of the hotel, Rajni ji & Mukesh were very prompt in their services. They know that my dad is operated and they give their 200% to finish the work. I had issues with food sometimes but its never with the quality of the food but due to added spices only. This happened twice or thrice only. The breakfast buffet was always superb. Kinjal & Anupama from inroom dining was very polite. Arjun from inroom dining was amazing. The whole staff of the inroom dining was superb, one name i remember was James. am not taking more names doesnt mean that i have complaints with them but i actually don't know their names. One south indian Uncle, while breakfast buffet, the unending talks and chats with him were amazing. Couldn't remember his name too. Lastly, In front staff i will always remember the politeness of Pawandeep, Kaushal & the evening shift brother with spectacles. Would like to thank you for such an amazing and memorable experience.

To constantly meet all the required standards to be the best and remain at the top in any endeavour takes great dedication to the task at hand. Sheraton New Delhi does exactly that over and over. From the front desk member, Ms Sonam Sharma to the housekeeping staff and in room dining, they all know how to make the stay the cut above it all. The rooms have been tastefully decorated to a good standard without going over the top, with most rooms taking full advantage of the high set position with excellent views.Great value, highly recommend and will definitely stay again when visiting the area

It looks simple from outside but when you enter your perception will change altogether with welcoming vibrations and good layout of restaurants floor and ground area. Your first sight will be lively bar. Nearby pool area is also good to relax.
I had got the room on 7th floor which was very nice. It looks it has been recently refurbished. Bathroom was also neat and
clean.
Breakfast at Delhi Pavalion is good but not up to the ITC standard. Dakshin restaurant is also good to see.
There is direct entry point towards the mall area from back door. Guests must use it. It is very convenient for shopping experience.
To keep the levels of the excellence continuous renovation and proper personnel training is necessary.
At last I want to say Shreaton is a recommended experience for your New Delhi visit.

Stayed for three nights as part of the Golden Triangle stay. The hotel lobby is very impressive and the staff were welcoming.
Room were reasonable size decorated to give an Indian feel. Large bathroom with really nice walk-in shower and comfortable bed.
To say this is classed as five stay luxury hotel the amenities let it down - only one small shower gel, shampoo etc provided for two of us and not always topped up. Also only one bath robe and slippers provided.
Tea and coffee also not always topped up.
Breakfast was included but staff in dining room not on top of keeping tables set - had to ask for napkins, teaspoons, cutlery.
Prices in the bar a bit expensive 450 rupees for one small beer but more reasonable if you manage to get the happy hour. Be prepared for all the taxes that get charged in India about 3 different taxes.
There is a shopping mall located at the back of the hotel only about five mins walk.

I happened to stay with my family for my friend’s wedding at ITC Sheraton. Trust me the hygiene standards they have maintained are commendable.
Moreover, almost everything in the room was eco-friendly and I couldn't find anything plastic on the property. The hotel has taken serious efforts to contribute to sustainability. As it's present in the heart of the city, it was easy to commute. The hotel rooms were well sanitised and a paper seal was there for our satisfaction.
If you are visiting Delhi, this place is a must visit.
Moreover, almost everything in the room was eco-friendly and I couldn't find anything plastic on the property. The hotel has taken serious efforts to contribute to sustainability.
