Impressed, to start with. Great Hospitality and Care during these tough Covid times. Everything neat, tidy and Sanitized for guests. We were there for 3 nights and I must say everything from the check in to the stay and check out was absolutely hassle free. We walked in for reservations after a huge disappointment at The Hilton Garden Inn, Saket, you can read the review, and it was such a relief just stepping in after being properly Sanitized and Temperature Checks, we were greeted by smiling faces ready to be of assistance. Arti, at the reception greeted us with a smile and heard us patiently about our experience and helped us out. It was music to our ears when she said, Sir, your room would be ready by time you return and yes it was. As we reached the Lobby, the Duty Manager, asked us if everything was in order for us and did we need anything, since it was my wife's Birthday the next day I asked for Fresh Flowers to sent up in the morning, and was assured with a smile. They are operating with limited occupancy, nonetheless, King Premium room was booked for our stay. It was a beautiful room, bright with nice views out of the window. Iskon Temple, was a nice view from the room. I must compliment the bed and the pillows, we slept like babies all three nights it was that comfortable. Breakfast spread had limited options understanding the Covid times, but all the items were mouth watering, Poori Bhaji is a must if your staying and the fresh Pineapple Juice. We spent a lot of our times catching up with friends at the Coffee Shop, and Manisha churned up amazing cups of coffees for us. And I must say, we had a lot of coffee. The Bar is decent, but I would prefer it to be more lively in the evening, but was good nonetheless. The Room Service Top Notch, the menu, Delish. They even surprised us by sending Red Velvet and Chocolate Pasteries at Midnight marking my wife's birthday. Thanks for the sweet gesture and the Flowers. Overall, we had Lovely and Memorable stay at the Eros Hotel, Nehru Place, and would strongly recommend it. We are definitely coming back!!

Food was awesome. Roti was little hard Service of staff particularly Pradeep in Sigh Sahib was praiseworthy. Ambience is good Live music is an attraction Packing of unutilised food is also good. The selection of the hotel was basis the fact that we had to attend a marriage in Gk2. The hotel was well recommend by many so we went ahead without much ado.
As we reached the hotel it was comforting to find necessary safety protocols in place. Our luggage were sanitised , our body temperature checked and then allowed inside.
The check in was done in good time and our keys handed over promptly. The elevator has safety measure too as you are required to swipe in your room key to go to your floor. As I reached the room I realised my ID card was not handed back and we wanted dental kit and a shaving kit. It took us at least 40 mins and 3 phone calls to get the kit and another 2 calls to get the ID card. While it was quite annoying to be following up when you are in a tight schedule but I guess it’s not an intention issue but maybe due to marriage season the rooms would be full while the staff strength may not be optimum.
As we got fresh and wanted to change we realised that the iron board is present but the iron is missing. So it took again 25 mins and 2 phone calls to get the iron.
Well the plight doesn’t end here. We arrived at the hotel back at 2 am after the marriage and then realised we don’t have water in the room. Now nobody picked the first 5 calls we made and finally on the 6th attempt it was answered and water delivered to our relief and satisfaction of our parched throats.
Thankfully the bed was soft and the pillows the way I like. The AC was working fine and thus I slept really well
The breakfast spread was decent. There were South/ North Indian options. There were fruits and cereals too and of course breakfast desserts. Nothing to complain here and I ate well
The check out was not smooth. I went down and handed over the key , settled the bill and requested to get my luggage in 10-15 mins as I had an errand to run nearby. After 25 mins when I came back to the hotel and checked with the bell desk there were no luggage. What was callous was the person who attended me told me that there were no such request. I mean even if it’s true why will you tell this to a guest and disappointment a guest. Anyway I created a bit of panic but that didn’t helped even after 10 mins. So I asked for the key and volunteered to bring the luggage back and the lady at the front desk reluctantly agreed as she ran out of options and was feeling very embarrassed. As she handed over the key, the luggage arrived I realised my Uber driver who was waiting with me was more delighted than me and just picked up the luggage and ran to the car
I smiled as I understood his non spoken cue to get out and not to be back here. Well it might be an aberration of service so I would request readers to read other reviews too to form an opinion. But for me it’s “ The End “ as far as Eros in concerned

A good stay in general with some room for improvement. Service and welcome at reception could have been a little warmer, they seemed least interested in telling me things like where the restaurant was, and when checkout was. I had to ask these things as well. The sheets in the rooms weren't cleaned properly on check in with some hideous stains , but housekeeping took care of the issue when asked to change the sheets. Pictures are attached.
Breakfast at blooms was the highlight, with a varied and well curated spread. On both days, there was diversity in the types of food on offer and it wasn't the same menu items being served.
Overall, a good experience, but we were asked to leave a review and there was some coersion to rate the hotel five stars. While I am willing to give five stars if earned, I won't do it because I'm asked. There were things that could be improved and hence, the four star rating.

Walking into the Eros gives the feel of vintage old hotel, but the hotel, restaurants & rooms are extremely well maintained over time
2 metro lines run very close to the hotel, maximum 5 mins walk. The metro station also hosts multiple restaurants and cinema hall for entertainment. The electronic and computer market is right opposite the hotel and the hotel basement also houses a famous club. The hotel building also houses a shopping complex
Hotel is ideally located for work if in south & east Delhi and Noida
Food is excellent, hospitality is top notch & it has a huge lawn and swimming pool which make it a good place to sit and relax during your stay

I booked Eros Hotel because of its locational convenience, reasonable tariff and past good experience. However, my experience this time was somewhat disappointing. It seemed to me that, along with the drop in room tariff, the hotel has also dropped its service standards and maintenance standards. It took a long and time and 2-3 reminders to get any service. However, the staff were courteous and friendly. The tariff stated in the in-room dining menu, however, has not dropped at all. No dish is less than Rs.900/-; therefore, one is forced to order food from outside. The hotel needs to pull up its socks if it wants to stay competitive.

We spent two weeks here and absolutely no complaints from the food to room cleaning services. Ravi and Karrun made sure we had plenty of towels and bottled water in our room at all times! By the time we would finish our morning breakfast our room would already be made up with flowers or cute towel monkeys! Manpreet and Neelam at the front desk we’re also extremely very helpful in providing us with any of our inquiries! The breakfast buffet was exceptional, every morning we had delicious varieties of south Indian and western breakfast dishes along fresh fruits and juices. All the servers were so observant, by the second day they had memorized our morning coffee orders and had them waiting back at our table by the time we were done filling up our plates at the buffet stations! The grounds around the property including the pool and the garden are also very well-kept. The hallways and elevators were always clean and had a fresh lemon scent. All in all I would definitely return to this hotel hands-down. Two happy guests from Canada 🤗

Had a pleasant experience during our stay at Eros! The staff is very courteous and helpful. Breakfast was pretty good, quite a spread and the dining hall staff made sure guests were content. Sumit (chef) and Pradeep (server) provided exemplary customer service. Reason for 4 stars: Room quality didn't meet expectations. Some of the items were missing, WiFi can only connect 2 devices per room, cleanliness was okay, and somewhat outdated furniture and electronics. Overall the experience was good. I'll recommend this hotel to others.

Services rendered courtesy displayed and efficiency with which the attendants Mahima and Amrita attend at the Tea Lounge make every visit to the Lounge a happy experience. The Lounge itself is tastefully furnished under high domed roof with a spreading green lawn visible outside the huge French windows. Mahima and Amrita look after guests in the often crowded lounge with panache, courtesy and smiles. They are ready to make helpful suggestions and the service is both efficient and very timely. A good lounge providing the fullest satisfaction thanks to these two very capable ladies.

Hi , I believe hiring a taxi is better option. As it will reduce your travel time to reach the hotel. I don't think shuttle service is provided by hotel as such . However, as you put your destination location as Eros Hotel, it will stop at the gate which is open at that time. Even if it's not then the hotel staff is very hospitable, they will guide you through.
Also there shall be no issue of check in time, I guess. Provided you are planning to stay there .
There are more places to choose from in the New Delhi area.
