Check-in process was smooth and was greatly handled by Mr. Aman, big thanks to him and Shvet. Room housekeeping staff is so kind and welcoming to listen to all that you need. Special shoutout to Mr. Rajesh who also left some chocolates after evening turndown. Buffet selection could be better. tho. Rest all in all, great stay

Great hotel! The positives: 1. Friendly and accommodating staff. 2. Good choice of restaurants and food. Room service was also excellent. 3. Gorgeous view of the pool and Lotus Temple. 4. Excellent rooms. Clean and comfortable beds. Complimentary coffee and tea and a total of 3 litres of water a day. 5. Good bathrooms with plenty of amenities. 6. Lots of electric sockets for charging. 7. Streaming services can be accessed using your own account (Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime Video, YouTube). 8. Some souvenir shops are available with decent prices. 9. Open and spacious lobby. Cons: The only issue is getting into the hotel. It’s part of a gated compound and you must change elevators to get to the lobby.

My experience at Empress of China was amazing. The hospitality as portrayed by Mr.Anil and Ms. Manpreet made the food even more tasty and delicious. The ambience of the place is pleasant. Additionally, I had immense pleasure in eating moon cake and drinking jasmine tea. Hope to visit here soon. Thanks to Mr.Anil and Ms.Manpreet , again !!

I stayed here for 2 nights and my experience from check in till check out was amazing.. everything about the hotel was perfect especially the room service and Dinesh who helped us make our breakfast experience more pleasurable. Chef Sumit Shethi food was finger licking good. Ok Looking forward to visit next time
