I booked a Cabin for two people for three nights as it was the only room type available. In hindsight this was a poor choice, as even though it does state on the website that the room is small (and yes I know the clue is in the name...), I had not realised just how small. There was a small...

Huge comfortable rooms, easy for the attractions, good breakfast, friendly people willing to organise you a tuk-tuk or a taxi to the airport or whatever you need with no nonsense. Can't go wrong if you want a no fuss place to stay in Delhi.

We stayed for 11 nights and we thoroughly enjoyed every bit of it. Our room (the grand suite) was spacious and was very well appointed, with a comfortable bed, refrigerator, and superb original Art work on the walls! The staff were all super-courteous and helpful.. The sameness of the breakfast menu was actually something we looked forward to: cereal, porridge,...

The location of this hotel, in Hauz Kaz, is the best in Delhi. The rooms are well equipped, bed is super comfy and the breakfast is delicious. The management was efficient and they were also kind enough to let us check out later than usual, which was appreciated. The Rose has a phenomenal website that did perhaps create too high...

The Rose was such a welcoming place to take respite, especially following our experiences outside of the hotel. It really was our escape from the busyness of India at the end of the day. The hotel has a very quaint and intimate atmosphere rather than that of a large hotel or small motel you're expecting. I love the little areas...

A small hotel has the potential to be a charming gem. I wanted to Rose to be such a place but it disappointed us. We were here for two different stays (beginning and end of our trip). Overall the service is poor--breakfast is a rush and the staff there are not able to handle it at all, forgetting orders or...

Spent nine relaxing nights in mid-December 2014 here. The hotel is extremely clean and the rooms spacious and comfortable. The bed is particularly good with very nice sheets. I found Ravi the manager to be extremely helpful, I couldn't fault the staff. We always had hot water so that must have just been bad luck for previous reviewers. The loft...

The hotel is at the end of the bustling hauz khas village, so you really can't get a better location than that! The hotel is very stylish and hip design, and the room (we stayed in The Grand Suite) was spacious and comfortable. However, the service lacked the classic Indian energy and service orientation. For example, I ordered a tea...

We spent 5 nights at The Rose at the beginning of our 2.5 week trip in India and looking back, it was the least comfortable of all the places we stayed and the most expensive after the ITC Mughal in Agra (the ITC was worth it!) We were in a big, drafty room called the Loft (windows in winter are...
