The hotel description has nothing to do with the reality. The personel is very kind but incompetent, the rooms are not maintained (holes in walls and ceiling, dirty bathroom, lights which you cant even turn off,...), the "restaurant" is a poor room, etc ... After 2 weeks in India, this has been our worst accomodation. For one night, and only if you need to be very close to the hotel (by the way, the 5 min written in the description is also a lie. Minimum during the night is 15min)

I stayed 2 nights before I fly back to San Francisco. The room was clean, the service was very good. They helped with the luggage to the room, called a taxi to go about, showed you the direction… I am very pleased with the hotel and the staff. If I come back to Delhi I will stay there again.

My room cleaning is very good 321. Good service from house keeping Mr Ravinder Kumar and gagender negi house keeping supervisor. Staff is very friendly but the bar is very slow but very helpful at the restaurant

Ideal for a overnight stop if you do no want to go far from the airport. service was very good. But the rooms were not very clean. There was a rat in the room and trying to locate it found Lots of dust behind and under the beds. The sheets were also dirty. The shower was not working properly and the management promptly came to repair but was unable to do so and we had to shower in a vacant room across the corridor.

Wonderful experience with my friends in this hotel. It was best day ever I can say !! Very helpful staff and clean rooms. Proper hygiene and food is also amazing ! Great location!!! overall are enjoyed the stay with my friends. I will recommend this hotel to everyone !! And we will definitely visit again !!

Hotel Delhi Aerocity has the best value for money. It’s a fab place to stay and explore the famous and modern Aerocity in Delhi. The clubs and restaurants are just a few steps away. Apart from this, the hotel is meticulously sanitised and the kind and supportive staff members made my experience excellent and memorable.

Avoid the Hustle Bustle of Delhi by avoiding traffic chaos..Shopping mall is great and coffee shops a nice place to chat with frinds from Delhi. They dont mind coming and enjoy the food.. Just a 5 minutes drive from Airport drop off area. All hotels will give you complimentary pick/drop. Enjoy Delhi. Cheers

Wonderful experience I had while staying at this hotel. Everything is excellent including service and meal. Hospitality of the hotel boys are really rememberable. Another advantage of staying in this hotel that the hotel is adjacent to Delhi airport. I strongly recommend this hotel for those who like to visit Delhi especially those who prefers to stay near airport.

I am staying in this hotel whenever I land at Delhi airport since 2014. It was a excellent hotel. Nice behavior of staffs, nice food, excellent service were its trademark. However, after Covid pandemic, it has transformed a lot. Staff are still good mannered, but not able to provide the same kind of service as earlier. Probably cook has been changed. New cook is not that good. I have to find a alternative soon.
