Had a really good stay. Pick up and drop off from the airport was great and easy, and they even gave me a heater for a few hours when I mentioned I was a little cold (because of the winter weather). They called me in the morning to make sure I had breakfast before my airport taxi as well. As a solo female traveller, I felt very safe! Would stay here again if I have a long transit through Delhi. Thank you to the lovely staff!

This is a good place if you need the few hours in between flights to catch up on rest. The room was clean and cozy however very cold. breakfast with simple potato curry and paratha and veg sandwiches, simple but satisfying. The best thing about this place is the staff- they are very attentive. They will pick you up from the airport for under Rs.700 Which is a great deal when you’re arriving in the middle of the night. Its 10 minutes from the airport.

It Was Great Staying at Aerocity Hotel. Rooms are Well Maintained and Clean. Room Service was Quick and Very Approachable and The Staff (Receptionists Rakesh & Nithin, Room Boy Prabhat & Sunny) There Was So Nice and Very Helpful. It was A Decent and Pleasant Stay Experience. Definitely Worth 5 Star Rating Hotel.

Ideal for a overnight stop if you do no want to go far from the airport. service was very good. But the rooms were not very clean. There was a rat in the room and trying to locate it found Lots of dust behind and under the beds. The sheets were also dirty. The shower was not working properly and the management promptly came to repair but was unable to do so and we had to shower in a vacant room across the corridor.

Don't stay at this hotel unless you just need a room and don't care to go anywhere else. Uber drivers would not want to go there as there is always a traffic bottleneck. Multiple Uber drivers told me that this is a bad location to stay. The rooms are clean but that is it, if you are okay with little cockroaches! Nothing positive about this hotel. We gave our clothes for laundry and couple of clothes went missing. They didn't accept their fault. My family and I felt unsafe there after that incident. This place shows closer to the airport but it is not due to the traffic congestion. Also, it becomes unreachable if it rains even little bit. It is better to get a hotel in Mahipalpur instead.
Management offered me money to remove the review, and then blamed me that I asked for money. So you can understand how dishonest the management is.
I extended my stay at this hotel because the management agreed to store my luggage, which now I regret my decision. VERY DISSAPOINTING :(

The hotel description has nothing to do with the reality. The personel is very kind but incompetent, the rooms are not maintained (holes in walls and ceiling, dirty bathroom, lights which you cant even turn off,...), the "restaurant" is a poor room, etc ...
After 2 weeks in India, this has been our worst accomodation.
For one night, and only if you need to be very close to the hotel (by the way, the 5 min written in the description is also a lie. Minimum during the night is 15min)

1st visit but am impressed, very clean and neat room and also food is very good. Reception team are very attractive and excellent communication. Hotel with very humble staff. CFC was very comfortable with delicious food. Really love the dessert especially gajar ka halwa.

Dirty throughout. Toilet and sink had built up grime. You would not walk on the floor in the room without shoes. We needed to ask for towels and toilet paper. Bed looked slept in. Road to hotel is down a laneway and difficult to access. Area felt very unsafe.
