A poor start to our first visit to India. Variable rooms - I had one without windows for 3 nights, whilst my friend had a room with a balcony, same price. Everything worked, but the room smelt strongly of mothballs or similar and the furnishings and linen were not that clean. Service and staff were fine, but breakfast has to be taken in your room and the location of the hotel is in an area which is not convenient and has nothing to offer for tourists.
Nice stay at Delhi, Karol bagh area at yug villa hotel. Beautiful rooms and seriously service was ultimate. Great lobby. Other lift facilities are available. Food was yummy. Staff was great performance with uniform. Restaurant was great. So happy

Very nice hotel inn NCR and very near blk hospital and food was good good room was very nice huh villa location by waking near metro station and Ganga Ram hospital 100 pax conference hall available all time corporate meetings very nice staff
We stayed two nights here and found the hotel a pleasant and concenient place to stay. Our room had a small balcony overlooking a small park and was quiet. The room was clean, the bathroom was very good compared to many that we had in India. The large bed allowed a good nights sleep. Staff here were helpful. Channa Market is walking distance for a feel of Delhi life. Great restaurant at the end of the road only 60 metres away and ATM even nearer.
Booked considering the location and the pictures, but my experience of staying there was not very good. Made a booking with breakfast, but they mentioned that breakfast will be served and eventually i had to pay for it during checkout.Management is very unprofessional and the toilet is fitted with old sanitary ware which always leaks. Avoid booking this hotel as you can find plenty around with good value for money
I liked my 11 nights at Yug Villa, all was okay, it is actually not Taj Mahal Palace from Mumbai so I cannot complain. The service was sufficient, the staff super and very helpful, receptionists are also okay. So I am pleased with my stay. Warning!!! Please don t book waking up as I booked for 5.00 am and had to wake them up at 5.30 am. Surely Indian receptionists are not that dutiful ... Location good, breakfast good. Anyway my mark is B. Thanks Omkar for Your help. Greetings from Poland. Jacek
My wife and me booked a deluxe room for two nights in this hotel well in advance. The day we reached the hotel we were offered a room in the ground floor. What is the bare minimum that you expect from a room in a hotel? That it should be clean and tidy, isn't it? That was not the case. The room was filled with dirt, cushions on the walls were torn. I doubt whether there was a hidden camera. The cabinets were filled with bedding accessories that were used by the previous guest. We decided to step out of the room but the hotel authority tried to persuade us to stay for a night in that room, assuring us that we will be given a better room the next day. They told us that our room has been given to other guests and as a result no other rooms in the hotel is vacant. How bizarre is that? I booked my room one month back. How can it be offered to someone else? Like any sensible person, I declined their offer and instead was offered a different hotel (Hotel Ivory Palace) for a day. I have shared my review about that hotel too. As decided we returned to this hotel the next day and was offered a better room in the second floor. But I was again disappointed. This time the flush in the washroom was not working The electric boards were hanging and the door was broken. So what does the hotel do? They do not repair it, instead put a board on it. I have two basic questions. 1. I booked a deluxe room with a minimum expectation that the room will be clean and tidy. Did I ask for a lot? 2. Why wasn't I offered a proper room on the first day? Why did I have to take the pain and embarrassment of shifting hotels with all my luggage? The reason I rate them as Poor and not Terrible is due to their Room Service. The attendants were professional and knew there job well.…
Stayed there for a couple of days and was given a room on the first floor. Rooms are decent, but we were terrified to find out that the opposite room guy had peed outside the door. The management tried to shrug it off doing absolutely nothing about it even when there was CCTV proof available. The only thing they said they could do was change my room which was next door. My stay was booked with complimentary breakfast, however they mentioned that it was not booked with breakfast and charged us separately for it. Please be careful before booking this hotel.
Room was very clean and Front office manager in a complete uniform and houskeeping manager was very polite and helpful staff I saw them... food was absolutely amazing value, but the taste was spectacular... honestly amazing food great experience here. Near to market, and metro station. On time room service. Super and fine.
