It was a pleasure interacting with Mr Rahul Beri. His interpersonal skills are awesome. The way he managed crisis which was due to a new employee in the dining hall impressed me. His behaviour turned negative impression of our group comprising of five guests into positive and a strong reason to visit Eros again. Rahul is an asset to Eros. My 15 minutes conversation with the head chef Mr Tenzen was a delight. Mr Shankar of housekeeping was very prompt in response to my requirements.
Good location, courteous staff.Restaurant serving Indian food and live music is closed. Buffet is the worst.Expensive and not much choice. Thali was not even serving fresh food inspite of the fast I was highly disappointed It was not even sumptuous
I am a member of the Eros premium club and i go regularly to the hotel primarily because of the helpful and extremely hospitable attitude of Shic Prasad and his wonderful team. However the buffet spread is not as adequate as it was earlier and food quality is going down on. otherwise the it is great to visit the hotel when Shiv plays the excellent host
I was with my two friends in tea lounge at about 630 pm and we experienced excellent treatment and were rendered efficient service. We highly commend the sincerity and efficiency of Ms Akanksha as also of Ms Mahima This kind of hospitality is very rare to find and we are overwhelmed by the display of courtesy coupled with professional approach
After almost two years of the pandemic, we have again started to visit the Blooms Restaurant and Coffee Shop at Eros Hotel. As always, the food is excellent it is cooked with care and with the expert personal attention of the Sous Chef Swimmy. The continental dishes are superb and so are the Indian dishes. Swimmy goes that extra mile to see that the guest is fully satisfied and leaves with a smile on the face. He is very ably and expertly assisted by Chef Bhanu Lama, who also takes a great deal of care. It is also very pleasant to hear the live piano played charmingly by Edward Fernandes in the Lobby of the Hotel.
